I felt like every time I had a question or concern and asked about it, I was practically begging for a response or even just acknowledgement of my request or inquiry. I would literally receive NO RESPONSE whatsoever. This company really needs to work on better communication and take more initiative when it comes to their tenants' concerns. The property itself was fairly well maintained however, the security gates would not always close. It was concerning for not only me but the kids that would play in the courtyard. Please prioritize safety more!! The gate would just be stuck open for days at a time. Upon moving in, I was told our parking spots would be labeled with numbers to avoid confusion of parking in the wrong spot but this never happened. Something simple like this should have been taken care of in a matter of a few days. Sadly, I really do not recommend renting from this group, especially if communication and timeliness of requests is a priority for you.
