Additionally, I am concerned by the apparent lack of African American residents within the properties managed by this company. When considered alongside the treatment I have witnessed, this raises further concerns about whether residents and prospective tenants are being treated fairly and equally. Every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect, regardless of race.
