But there's so much room to learn and today I learned something about Chardonnay. Last week I was schooled on pronunciations words like Meritage (kinda rhymes with Heritage) and "Willamette Valley" is not Will-a-met, it rhymes with "Damnit". Their selection is excellent and they KNOW their wines. I had a special order and received phone call updates about the order being placed, the arrival estimate of the wine, and when it arrived. For our main course, I got the Lobster Thermidor in a Cognac Cream Sauce and my love got Pan Seared Duck Breast in Port Wine sauce.
