I stayed here for one week, but had to cut my stay short because of the horrible experience I had and the even worse customer service. I checked in and was given a worse room then I bought because they were "fully booked". I booked months in advance but they said there was nothing they could do. When I finally gave in and took the room they gave me I was ready to move on and enjoy my stay. Yet, my troubles with Wyndham and their manager were just starting. In my room the shower was dirty, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There wasn't any toilet paper, and my towels had what looked like little blood stains on them. I called down to the front desk and quickly got in contact with the manager. She brought up more towels and toilet paper, and told me someone would come the next day to clean the room. I appreciated her effort to help accommodate me, but she did say I was "expecting too much" from the hotel. No manager of any hotel should speak like this to their guests, especially not a manager of a Wyndham property. I grumbled, but felt that the worst was behind me. That evening I called down for a wake up call the following morning. The wake up call never came, and I missed my tour. I went to get breakfast but was told the room I am in doesn't come with breakfast. I tried explaining that I did buy breakfast ahead of time, and the only reason I am in the room I was in was because the manager failed to put me in a room I paid for. The restaurant quickly got the manager for me, so I thought the manager would help smooth it all over and I can at least get breakfast. Well the manager appeared and told me that she didn't remember be from the day before and she has no record of me having a room that comes with breakfast. I tried showing her my reservation, but she said that the screen shots weren't enough. At this point I was done with the Wyndham and checked out. On my way out I repeatedly attempted to get the managers name, and she refused. All I know is the manager was a blonde woman in her late thirties. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I read all the reviews here ahead of time, and thought I would enjoy it here. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more
