Finally, I decided to at least go and get a consultation if nothing else. I felt nervous, but also comfortable to take the next step and to do what ever possible to move forward as a patient with Dr. Tiffany. I was able to apply for care credit and got approved. I've gotten more answers than I'd had in a long time, and some of my suspicions about what I might be dealing with were confirmed. I had an appointment with a primary care practitioner a few days after signing on as a patient with Dr.Tiffany. She was actually honest enough to say that traditional medicine would not recognize what I'm dealing with the way a functional medicine practitioner would. Although the practice is said to provide patient specific/centered care. The recommendations are generalized and lack follow up. A 6 month care plan can average depending on needs to be 8,000 out of pocket. Discount is provided if paid right away. You are not informed of the reason for the costs or explained about the availability of consultation with the provider. The health coach assigned is a messenger to the provider. Additional testing will be out of pocket such as labs. If your "goals" were not met you will have to pay an additional fee to continue or enroll in a membership. I do not recommend the practice. Please do not get in debt due to this practice that claims they provide functional health. The provider appeared to be more active on the social media account than the time that was spent with my patient care experience. Coming from an individual with health care experience I would not want anyone to fall in the trap of this functional medicine practice.

They are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, but the front office and administrative side has been consistently frustrating. The administrative staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They frequently mix up appointment times, give conflicting information, and make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult. They don't use email or an online portal to send updates, test results, or appointment confirmations, which makes it almost impossible to keep track of anything. Everything has to be done by phone, and the communication is often curt or dismissive. Another major frustration is that any time I need bloodwork, I have to schedule a completely separate appointment with a third-party lab instead of being able to do it in-office. This makes routine prenatal care far more inconvenient than it needs to be. I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially since the clinical care from the midwives has been positive, but the front-office management has caused so much stress and confusion that I'm choosing to switch practices. I'll admit I was skeptical because I had struggled with my weight for years without success. The Physician I met with asked me to just give up one week of my life and see what happened.
