You are not informed of the reason for the costs or explained about the availability of consultation with the provider. The health coach assigned is a messenger to the provider. Additional testing will be out of pocket such as labs. If your "goals" were not met you will have to pay an additional fee to continue or enroll in a membership. I do not recommend the practice. Please do not get in debt due to this practice that claims they provide functional health. The provider appeared to be more active on the social media account than the time that was spent with my patient care experience. Coming from an individual with health care experience I would not want anyone to fall in the trap of this functional medicine practice.
