Although the practice is said to provide patient specific/centered care. The recommendations are generalized and lack follow up. A 6 month care plan can average depending on needs to be 8,000 out of pocket. Discount is provided if paid right away. You are not informed of the reason for the costs or explained about the availability of consultation with the provider. The health coach assigned is a messenger to the provider. Additional testing will be out of pocket such as labs. If your "goals" were not met you will have to pay an additional fee to continue or enroll in a membership. I do not recommend the practice. Please do not get in debt due to this practice that claims they provide functional health. The provider appeared to be more active on the social media account than the time that was spent with my patient care experience. Coming from an individual with health care experience I would not want anyone to fall in the trap of this functional medicine practice.

Dr. Cathy Kim is beyond description! She is the very rare physician who is also an amazing person…read more She cannot be defined nor does she fit into any box. She is a courageous pioneer who does not accept the common limits of medicine that pain sufferers often encounter. She stays by your side, never judging and always trusting her patients. Dr. Kim takes the time, she never gives up, to deeply understand and problem-solve with her patients. She does NOT do a quick visit, prescribe meds and send you off. Instead, she observes how you move, what you do routinely and like a detective, starts to chip away at what the root causes are that challenge your health. You might get a "quick fix" simply because she is brilliant but generally her patients will spend time, do their homework and invest in their new improved health with her as a team partner/leader. After months of working with Dr. Cathy Kim, I can highly recommend her as a physician who is unlike any other. She has taught me how to correct the way I move, stand and sit so as not to further hurt myself. We have gradually relieved my physical pain in multiple areas. It took 70 years for my body to become what it is so the changes are gradual but completely encouraging! Dr. Kim is a treasure! Besides her extreme intellect, she is a gifted, animated communicator and teacher. She goes to great lengths to make her points even if she has to get on the floor to demonstrate, show photos on her phone or share true stories from her diverse practice. Thank you Dr. Kim for giving me hope, caring above and beyond and for being YOU! I will always appreciate the gifts you have shared that have dramatically improved my health, life and happiness.

I've been with Dr. Jiang since February now, about 7 months. I called her out of desperation one…read moreday because of my horrible eczema. I started to experience a mild skin rash late 2019 which morphed into a full blown eczema ordeal. From the start, she was extremely friendly and understanding over the phone. I lived in Santa Monica at the time and took the 45 minute drive out to Camarillo immediately. She mentioned that it was her day off but that I should come in, possibly she sensed the desperation in my voice. I went from 117lbs in mid Dec to 96lbs in Feb around the time I met Dr. E. I was afraid to eat as I felt like everything was causing me to break out. I went through so many different cleanses, elimination diets etc etc and got to a point where I was all bones, unhealthy and not even hungry as my skin was stressing me out. My eczema got so bad that I didn't like wearing clothes as it would sting when rubbing on my skin, I showered every 3 days or so because being under the water would be unpleasant. Needless to say, I was depressed and felt like I had no hope. I decided to start treatment under Dr. E's guidance. Through her advice with vitamins, supplements and a diet adjustment, I eventually healed. The journey was rough with numerous texts and questions as the condition got worse for a few weeks. My condition got so bad that I got scared and I would just turn to her for advice. I think about 3 months in, I started to notice things were calming down. She gave me a time frame as to how long she thought it would take for me to heal and it was pretty spot on. I went in for my periodic check ups, diet adjustments, supplement adjustments. February - March was very bad, April, I started to see my skin calm down just a tad bit and come May I noticed major improvement. I write this on 8/6 and my skin has completely healed. The discoloration took some time but I'm about almost clear of that as well. My before and after pics most likely will give you an idea of my progress but more importantly she is amazing to work with and she actually cares. I'm still with her now to make sure I'm progressing (I've healed from eczema) but am focused on my overall health right now, preventative care. She is a wealth of knowledge, compassionate and does what a doctor needs to do: heal. The before pics are pretty much around the time I met her and a few weeks in and the after photo was taken early May or so after much improvement. Right now, my skin is back to normal. Thank you Dr. E and if you are going through a similar situation, highly recommend her.

She infrequently answers emails and then complains if you send too many. She took my blood the first visit where she brought in her new puppy. She paid more attention to the puppy than me and then charged me $300 for the visit. Okay. Hopefully she can fix my issue. The blood work came back. The report showed I had pre diabetes, lupus and some other horrible disease. She said I needed her to interpret the findings. Then she gave me 20 vitamins to purchase and take every day! I'm still having sugar issues and my eyes going wonky. OH!!!! And she charged me for a telephone visit to go over these results. Another $300!!! I took the report to my GP. I was so freaked out!!! He did blood work and I was fine. No diabeties no lupus. No other diseases. Fast forward 6 months. And my sugar is still messed up. My eyes are still wonky. Sent her an email asking why my sugar is still messed up. She didn't respond. Sent another email. She responded with an appointment. Sent back that time didn't work. Never heard back. In my opinion and experience, if you have medical issues, this doctor is not for you. If you need help and communication with your doctor. This is not the one. I have never had a hormone doctor charge me for tests and then another charge to review them!!! $600 later and a whole lot of stress because of her blood tests, I still have a sugar issue and my eyes are still going wonky!
