I am incredibly appreciative of her practice style, which is way more akin to going to a medical doctor than the chiropractors that seem like they're practicing Hocus Pocus. It's not just that Dr Mouselli is incredibly sweet, the best proof to support my review of her practice is the incredible results I feel and experience after my appointments. I can tell by her analysis techniques of what adjustments I need that she is absolutely certain of what she sees as the problem areas and I have total ease when I'm there. I leave her office feeling absolutely better than I did when I walked in. Most of (or all) pain I feel walking in is gone when I leave. I've had other chiropractors that I thought were wonderful but within a few hours after my appointments I would feel as if my posture would slip right back in to the original problem. I'm not having that experience here, her treatments are very effective. She's got some excellent cutting-edge equipment for more extensive therapy that treat really effectively as well. Her massage therapist, Maria, is out of this world, with a very intuitive sense of touch and knowledge of anatomy to target.

He was late to the appointment and instead of listening to my mother's concerns about her own body, he spent the time trying to sell supplements and insulted her. I've been a chiropractic patient for over 30 yrs but my need for treatment has radically increased over the past 10 years. New to the area, finding someone who is thorough, caring and has excellent technique has been hard. Dr. Knight sat with me and asked all about my history as well as what I'm dealing with right now...(pinched nerve in my neck causing severe pain in my shoulder, arm & hand) gathering as much info for a complete assessment. He was very careful with his adjustment technique and was able to get good movement in my neck (which is the sum of all my problems right now) and then put me on ice and stim. Definitely coming back!!

I have been seeing them all for various injuries mainly my wrist and shoulder. I have been to Dr. Knight about ten times now. He has utilized techniques I've never had done before such as blading and cupping. The blading has helped tremendously with my shoulder. It could be painful to some but let me tell you the sacrifice is worth the reward in the end. Also Dr. Knight makes sure to ask several times if his technique is too much or too little. Everyone is so helpful and respectful from the front office to Dr. Knight. Don't be fooled by the come in for 21$ other doctors. Been there don't that only to be tricked into a treatment plan of thousands of dollars. Dr Knights office was clear $70 up front $50 a visit after. They do have a package but it was very much no fluff in the package or no bait and switch. Hope you are reading this trying to find the right doctor. Come in give Dr. Knight and staff a go. I'm writing this with a heavy heart as a long-term patient of Dr. Kalani due to multiple ongoing…read moreissues with this office. First, I was owed a refund. I received only a partial refund, and despite multiple attempts over several weeks to follow up, including contacting Dr. Kalani directly, the remaining balance has still not been issued. I also had difficulty ordering supplements through the office. After waiting nearly a month without receiving them or clear communication, I had to find alternative ways to get what I needed. Most concerning, during one appointment, another adult patient repeatedly attempted to get close to and touch my underage son. I clearly told the individual not to touch my child. Dr. Kalani was present and said "come on, dude," but the behavior continued and the situation was not stopped or addressed. I am not making assumptions about intent; however, as a parent, this was extremely upsetting. Because of these issues including the unresolved refund, lack of follow-through on orders, and the situation with my son, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my son or myself to this office and have had to find a new chiropractor. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and attention to patient safety makes this experience concerning and frustrating. I hope the office improves its practices for future patients.

When I arrived, however, I was told no one was available to do the consultation and that I would need to schedule to come back. So in other words, I was not seen at all despite making an appointment. I'm so glad I never returned. Clearly your customer service speaks for itself. Update: I'm not sure where you're misunderstanding. I made an appointment for a consultation. I was aware of this. However, when I arrived the receptionist told me there was no one available to do my consultation and that I would have to come back. So then why did I have an appointment for a consultation? I did not get seen at all. I wouldn't have taken time off from work and drove all the way there if I knew the consultation wasn't going to happen. Instead of immediately jumping to the defense, maybe try hearing someone out first. An apology goes a long way. It took you over a year to even address this and you immediately claim "false"statement. Very unprofessional and I do not care to keep arguing with you. Have a great day!
