Absolute best!! I started spinal decompression therapy with Dr. Kelly after dealing with ongoing lower back pain and occasional tingling down my leg. I was nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect, but he walked me through everything and made me feel completely comfortable. The decompression treatments have been a game changer. The sessions are relaxing (nothing scary or intense), and after a few visits I noticed a real difference in my pain levels and my adjustments last longer. Dr. Kelly is knowledgeable and honest. He genuinely wants you to heal and feel better long-term.I highly recommend looking into decompression therapy here. So grateful!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kelly and his team. I came in with significant neck pain that was affecting my day-to-day life, and provided immidiate relief. What really stands out is how much time he takes to explain what's going on and to teach strengthening exercises I can do at home. He focuses not just on short-term relief, but on long-term stability and prevention. Dr. Kelly even took the extra step of speaking directly with my physical therapist to coordinate my treatment plan, which made me feel truly supported and cared for as a patient. I've learned so much about my body, my posture, and how to protect my neck going forward. If you're dealing with neck pain or thinking about chiropractic care, I highly recommend Dr. Kelly. Five stars without hesitation. read more

The best. You don't need to look anywhere else. I always feel like a new person when I leave the appointment.

I've had about 8 sessions with Dr. Kelly and what really makes him different from other chiropractors is his practical solutions to ongoing issues. The adjustments are great but I really appreciate the effective stretches he recommends for specific issues. He doesn't overload me with information. He's shown me a couple things for my neck, one amazing wrist solution and he pinpointed an ongoing shoulder issue. Visiting him has been more beneficial than months of PT at a fraction of the cost. Really an easy guy to talk to and knows what works. read more

Dr. Kelly is outstanding. I have been using Chiropractic care on and off for almost 30 years. In that time, I've seen the good, the bad, and the average. Dr. Kelly is one of the best I've seen. His understanding of body mechanics is impressive and best of all, he truly listens to his patients and uses that information in his treatments. read more

Intuition is the ability to meet someone on the other side of the words they have shared with you. In my opinion, it is a rare gift in this field. To have the ability to feel beyond the obvious tension but also not force the body into a release that it is not ready to give. Dr. Kelly has this gift. His ability to provide this level of compassionate care as a chiropractor is one of the reasons I am sharing my experience. I have had the opportunity to see him 3 times, and I have been impressed each time. His adjustments are precise, and what I would call gentle. He is patient and doesn't force an adjustment. I share this because I know that it is important for some people to know, in trusting who they choose as a doctor. The office space is beautiful and provides a calm environment. It is a shared building with Coastal Chiropractic, but he holds his own private practice there. I have always been greeted kindly and feel there is a smooth flow to the office. I appreciate that, Dr. Kelly provides education and tips on continuing self care practices at home. He himself is very kind and knowledgeable in his craft. As a massage therapist, I had the opportunity to train with and be in the care of an amazing chiropractor in San Francisco (he is the barometer to which I have measured anyone else) and while this is personal to me, all I can feel is that Dr. Kelly is on the way to be one of the best in his field, especially with his specialty in upper cervical care. Give him a call and see for yourself. read more

Dr Kelly provided a terrific first visit. He asked questions about my overall health as well as any issues or concerns I might have at that time. As it was my first visit, he took x-rays and walked me through what he saw. I appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to walk through everything carefully. His style of chiropractic adjustment is gentle and gave me the relief I needed. Afterwards we talked about exercises and stretches I can do to strengthen my core to help with back issues I have. I highly recommend Dr Kelly and will be returning for chiropractic care. read more

Great experience and very professional and personable Chiropractor. I have struggled with neck and lower back pain over the last ten years. Most of my issues are related to over activity in sport (surfing, snowboarding, biking) and working at a computer too often. I began seeing Dr. Kelly several weeks ago and have began to see positive benefits. He is not just a "crack your back and send you on your way Chiro", he looks at your entire body structure and offers treatment and prevention exercises to help get you back in alignment and keep your body in good health. Thus far my goal is to correct my body's alignment and through his care maintain and improve my ability to keep doing the sports I love. Positive experience overall and highly recommend seeing Dr. Kelly. read more

Dr. Kelly is proactive, experienced, and professional. I had never seen a chiropractor before being seen by Kelly Chiropractic. I grew up playing baseball and soccer, later got into surfing and snowboarding, and have been skateboarding for 25 years. Through it all, I've given myself plenty of opportunity to put my body at risk, and have certainly accumulated an amount of wear and tear. Dr. Kelly made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my situation, and had a confident approach. He was able to identify the cause of my specific issues, and come up with a game plan. He is well versed in the mechanics of the body and in adjustment techniques. I was able to follow his lead on some things to work on at home for maintenence as well as get seen for his expert take at regular intervals. I definitely recommend Kelly Chiropractic; both as someone who was skeptical and nervous to get adjusted, as well as someone who has seen positive change! read more

As someone who is sensitive about my neck being manually adjusted, I really enjoyed the experience of the upper cervical table Kelly Chiropractic uses. I was able to have my neck adjusted without any feeling of force or discomfort, while still experiencing relief. The contact with the upper-cervical mechanism is so brief yet I felt immediately more aligned and clear headed vs how I started my appointment. I would definitely recommend this method of treatment to anyone who prefers a more gentle adjustment. read more
