I pulled a muscle in my back and a friend told me to come here. Thankfully, I listened to her. After the chiro cracked my back, I had much more mobility in my back and felt much better. My back still hurts and I went back Sunday. A nice girl gave me a great adjustment and I feel much better. I still have more healing to do but I am so thankful that I came here. I'm glad I did, she really took her time in understanding my problem areas, she adjusted my shoulders, wrist, hips,neck, and used a Y strap which was really good. She is available at the Ventura location only on Fridays. She had quite a fan base, so get in early, because most people who are there on Fridays are usually there to see her specifically. I was referred to come here, I went this passed Saturday and when I walked in the chiropractor welcomed me and said "sorry the power is out but we can still help you". well that didn't happen....‍ The girl at the front desk was actually not helpful nor friendly. Since I was a new client you would think that they would try to earn my business regardless of the situation. If they would have made it work for me I would have referred them more people since I know so many people that need a good chiropractor. I would have been happy that eventho the power was out I was still able to be seen and get a good experience . Rather than the front girl trying to find a way to help me out for the inconvenience she gave me an attitude and told me to come another day. (Doesn't seem like they wanted to help at all nor did she want to do her job it's a pathetic excuse to use that she couldn't help me because the power was out nor did she have access to her computer, ummm isn't that the reason why paper exists!!?? It's a backup when technology fails.) I already had my paper work filled out in advanced to save them the trouble and time. She had all my information ready to go she could have said "when we get our power back on I'll enter all your information in the system, in the meantime we will still help you." Because it's true! All she needed to do is keep record of my personal information in the computer but I'm the meantime she had it in paper. I was ready to pay and get my services with them. If this was my business I would off had my patients fill out everything they needed have a paper trail when power goes out and still provide great customer service. She made a terrible first time impression for me. My Husband goes there all the time and because of this he won't be going there anymore. I didn't like her service I should off complained right there and then and spoke to the person in charge but honestly I didn't have the energy to argue I was just so disappointed. My son wanted me to take him in today but then I remembered what a bad experience that girl gave me I rather take my business somewhere else where it's actually wanted and appreciated. Literally just went in here to hopefully find some kind of relief for my chronic back pain of 3 years. I recently had a bad flare due to lifting a patient at work but I never filed a claim. Girl at the counter asks me if I was in any recent accidents or if I was injured at work. I said no about the accidents and said yes, that I injured it at work. She abruptly stops, keeps her paperwork to herself and says "we can't see you, if you are a workers comp case we would have to refer you elsewhere." WTF?!!!! Seriously???!? That's so discriminatory beyond words. First off, just because someone is injured in their line of work doesn't make it a workers comp case!!! I have chronic back pain with zero relief and happened to flare it by lifting a patient. People who are educated in healthcare and/or pain relief would know that more questions should have been asked; not just telling me no and disregarding me as a patient. I should have trusted the bad reviews about this place. Learn some decency about patient care. Drove all the way across town to hopefully find some pain relief but you guys caused me stress that made it worse. Get it together! read more

I can't complain about the chiropractor AT ALL. He got the spot I needed and is very good at what he does! The only complaint I had is that I literally was only seen for about five minutes. I got my neck cracked, and my shoulder blade, and that was it. It did give me some relief, but I did need a couple more adjustments but I was kind of rushed out. They were really busy, so maybe that's why because they were backed up. I can't say I would come back unless I really needed it and couldn't go elsewhere. For only $15 more my regular Chiro does 30 mins of electric and heat massage to loosen you up, then he'll do full body adjustment. This place is great in a pinch, but I like the traditional style chiropractor as opposed to this new business model. read more

I came here as a new patient recently, and the whole team was great. The doctor explains exactly what he is going to do and the benefits of chiropractic care all on a model of the spine and pelvis. He (Dr Sanders) also explained how misalignments of the spinal cord happen. I have been in for two adjustments so far, and they were so quick and I felt so much better afterwards. Their no appointment policy works surprisingly well, and they set you up with a little keychain you can use to sign in. All of the chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable and gives the best advice to better your overall health.
