Great internist. A no-nonsense kind of guy who just tells it like it is. Friendly staff too. Would definitely come back to him again.

UCLA is simply the worst medical group, even worse than Kaiser!…read more The doctors are sloppy and careless, I have never felt LESS cared for from a group of doctors in my life. My primary, who's at a different facility, has made so many mistakes with my medication and diagnosis, giving me different information at each visit, tells me after almost a year to find a new Primary because this Dr. isn't taking any new patients! Wait what? I thought I was already your patient? Okay fine, I go on the RIDICULOUS UCLA app, there are ZERO drs available. Ha ha. What a joke. So I call their PCP appointment line and the first available doctor had an opening in three months, but the scheduler wasn't sure that appt was truly available and will have to call me back! It's been two weeks, still waiting. I don't think she's going to call lol. These idiots don't offer healthcare...they cause health problems! I thank GOD & am grateful that I can go to a concierge doctor because that's exactly what I did and boy, they really make UCLA doctors look like they couldn't/shouldn't diagnose or treat a Barbie Doll let alone a human. WAKE UP UCLA! Your system is broken and your patients are grossly neglected, the smell of lawsuits perfume your hallways. Step into current times, take advantage of modern technology, implement a training program for doctors on how to be kind and how to listen! News flash-your competition panties are terribly soiled. Luckily your type of sloppy and rude care is becoming a thing of the past, Bye bye!

I accidentally went to the Calabasas office first because that's where my initial appointment was with this doctor but realized once I got there that I was supposed to be in Thousand Oaks! I called in and the staff were so helpful and still got me in even though I ended up being a little late. Staff were all so great, and Dr Natour is always so wonderful. It was a little cold in there so bring a coat ;) Parking is so easy, and free- not all UCLA Healths have free parking so always grateful for that.

Perez Salehy Internal Medicine - This is during my first in-office visit with doctor Salehy. He is a very thorough and friendly doctor.

She wasn't overly warm, but she was clear, professional, and approachable. Over the past year, though, my experience has shifted, and based on other reviews, it seems I'm not alone. About a year ago, she stopped accepting my insurance. I chose to continue care and pay out of pocket ($250 per visit) because I valued our established relationship. That felt worthwhile, until this recent experience. I called ahead to let the office know I would be 3-5 minutes late, thinking it was the respectful thing to do. During that call, I was informed for the first time of a new late policy: if you are late, you won't be seen, and if you reschedule, there's a $50 charge. This policy had never been communicated to me previously, nor had I signed anything acknowledging it. I expressed that I understood I was late and was completely willing to accept a shortened appointment, whether that meant a few minutes in person or even a quick phone call. I was trying to be flexible and respectful of her time. Unfortunately, Dr. Perez declined all options, including speaking with me briefly by phone. When I arrived, about five minutes late, I remained in the office during what would have been my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Perez moved in and out of a room nearby but did not acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer any explanation or empathy. After three years as a patient, that lack of basic communication and care was honestly the most upsetting part. Because of that experience, I won't be returning. This wasn't about a policy; it was about how I was treated in that moment.

I just wish she worked out of a different office. They never return phone calls and rarely answer the phone. She is fantastic, it's the office staff of the doctor she moved in with that is terrible. I would put 0 stars if I could…read more I had an extremely bad experience with this office. I saw Dr. Kornder once, and I honestly believe something is seriously off with her--either mentally or possibly due to substance use. She spoke extremely fast and seemed very "wired," which made me uncomfortable from the start. Her attire was also unkempt and unprofessional. The office was dirty and unprofessional as well. When I needed a referral to home health, she said she would do it right away (on Monday 1/6) and she said I would hear from them tomorrow. I did not hear from them that Tuesday. When I called home health, they said they never received the referral. I attempted to follow up with her office only to be treated badly by her front office person. My request was that the referral was not received and could she please send it in ASAP. The front office girl said she would give the doctor the message. As of Thursday, the request was still not sent in. When I was able to reach another person in her office, that person confirmed the fact that the doctor never sent the referral. Then, I got a call from Dr. Kornder herself on Thursday. Her initial and only verbal contact was to yell and scream at me and accuse me that I had no right to call her office and tie up her phone lines - making other accusations as well. She was totally out of line. She never addressed the fact that she never sent in the referral request. She attacked me verbally and very, very abusively only to confirm my feeling that the woman is severely unwell. Nobody, let alone a medical professional, should treat a patient this way, ever.
