None of this initial paperwork, "see you next time" nonsense. Marc dedicated every ounce of his attention to Kyle, pushed Kyle (in a good way) to work hard and to challenge himself in therapy. Marc was intuitive, creative, and continuously found opportunity to maximize the value of our session. If we could see him every day, we would. Looking forward to our next appointment and to working with Marc as long as we need him! ‍

Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further.

My elderly family member was transferred to Coastal View Rehab after a hospital stay, and…read moreunfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. I would have picked ZERO stars if I could have. From the moment I arrived, I was given promises that were never kept. I was told my family member would receive physical therapy twice a day, six days a week. That did not happen. In fact, therapy only seemed to increase after I repeatedly questioned the staff and advocated for the care. My family member was discharged because I had lost confidence in the quality of care they were receiving. During those nine days, they were never given a shower. For an elderly patient trying to recover, this level of basic personal care is unacceptable. Perhaps the most heartbreaking part of their stay involved something as basic as using the restroom. Because my family member was unable to walk safely, every nurse instructed them to use the call button whenever they needed assistance getting to the bathroom. They did exactly as they were told. On two separate occasions, no one responded to their call for help in time, and they were forced to urinate in bed. No elderly person should have to endure the humiliation of lying in a wet bed simply because staff failed to respond. I was also concerned that medications were being administered that did not appear necessary, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. Clearly, prescriptions are pushed for the facility's benefit and to make money. And the expectation that family members are not paying attention. The food was another major issue. It was of very poor quality and wholly inappropriate for elderly patients who are trying to heal. It makes zero sense to expect people to recover while serving food that does not support healing. We are what we eat, and proper nutrition is a critical part of recovery. The meals she received were unhealthy and unappetizing and did nothing to promote her healing or strength. One nurse (whose name will not be mentioned) was MEAN. And when asked their name- SHE would not respond.) if you hate being a nurse - then do NOT work at a skilled nursing facility. Despite the facility's name, there is no "coastal view" to speak of--but that was the least of my concerns. What mattered was the quality of care, and in my experience, it fell far below what was promised and what my mother deserved. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements so that no other family has to experience what ours did. DO NOT SEND ANYONE THAT YOU LOVE TO THIS FACILITY.

Was taken off my debit card and posted immediately. Did not stay and was told I would get it right back, the n t day. I call every few months and still haven't gotten my money back, it has been 7 months. I am a very physically disabled person currently approaching major back surgery, and really need this money back. Pax seemed nice, and I gave him the money, but as soon as he went home I was left to deal with staff members who were not less than savage, as they kept my money. I have called 12 times, have logged all of the calls, never a call back. They don't seem like compassionate people to be in the business of helping others. Atleast this was my experience

It is incredible work. We tend to hold tension and pain from our daily routines and lifestyles and even postures, we carry our childhood traumas in our bodies and we even not aware of it. Kathy is super intuitive, she knows and feels what required attention and focus on that specific area of the body. This type of work goes beyond physical body. My strong recommendation- come with an open mind. Because Kathy's work will target what you need at that moment the most. I had experienced release, tears and joy. Thank you Kathy!!!!

She loves what she does, and is a complete master of it. She's also highly intuitive, which is very important in this kind of work, especially if you want your body/being to be treated as the unique, small universe that it is. She has a very warm and inviting treatment room, and does everything in her power to make sure that you're comfortable in every way. Lastly, she has a very pleasant, easy-going, and down to earth personality, which is so comforting and reassuring when you're coming in with any pain or stress. After my first session with Kathy, I was relieved of some nagging low back pain and tightness that had been bothering me for a while. I also noticed more ease and spaciousness in my lower body. Following my second and third sessions, I saw significant improvement in a trigger finger (repetitive motion injury) on my left hand that I've had for over a year, and even MORE ease and spaciousness in my lower body. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her to work on some chronic shoulder issues, and will be highly recommending her to friends!
