Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further.

I had, I believe 11 visits and felt like they really cared about me, I was divided among, two therapists, but all of the therapists there, were amazing! They always greeted me, happily, when I walked in, some knew me by name, that didn't even work with me. They were always interested about my progress and my pain levels. I thought was nice, if I was feeling extra pain, I received a nice therapy/massage session in that area, which was nice and much needed. They seemed to really care, sincerely. I was in and out in the allotted time, but never felt rushed. In fact they always spent plenty of time with me and made sure of my progress; both negative and positive. Ultimately I have to go in for an MRI and my doctor was thinking of changing to a different physical therapy, post*op. I was quick to tell him "no, please, I would like to stay with the same business...". Praying I don't need surgery, but if needed, I will be back for my recovery. On another note, I loved how we could watch current and previous Olympians performing, on tv, in the waiting room. The other clients were familiar to me too, as I began to know them, visit after visit. Always plenty of parking out front, which I love, as I hate to walk too far This place is a win-win for me and definitely recommend it to family and friends and anyone looking for quality care Specifically, thank you Colin and Andrea, ya'l were a complete delight‼

I couldn't have picked two finer, more caring people. My progress is wonderful and when my body feels better, so does my mood. If you need someone who speaks, communicates, provides instruction, and is encouraging, go elsewhere. I had sent email complaint after first visit but no response. Apparently he is a partner in the business. As soon as a spot opened elsewhere I left and am so much happier. Going there after a major surgery and having Paul was the most negative medical experience I have ever had.
