Still newish to Ventura, I found myself in need of PT. And fast. I've racked up quite a lot of…read morein-patient time this year due to a major surgery with post-surgical complications. When recuperating, all that couch time can lead to tendonitis, bursitis, tendinopathy... and a bunch more itis's I can't even pronounce. It's not like I haven't been to PT before. I also have an almost completely fused spine. I just haven't been to PT in Ventura. Coming from LA, where physical therapists grow on trees, I was expecting kind of the same old/same old, "Hi you, do alllll these exercises and you'll be allll better," with a little massage soft shoe. It was always meh. I wondered where the magic was. So, now that I'm in Ventura, and know like five people I turned to Yelp which has never let me down. And you guys were so, so right about Globerman PT. They're bomb. Little did I know that as awesome as Globerman is, I'd get Benja, who is PT Goddess Supreme (I embarrass her on the daily, but I can't help it.) Yes, Benja has created an exercise routine designed for me - for what my beat-up body can actually do. But it actually works. I can remember what I'm supposed to do and how to do it properly. Goddess Supreme changes it up every visit (2-3 times a week) based upon my pain level and what she thinks might've ramped the pain up. Today, for example was a masterful stroke. I was near screaming after spending 10 hours in a hard chair waiting for my best friend to get treated in the ER. On Halloween. Benja brought in straps I'd not seen before to help me stretch against my own body weight which felt tremendously relieving, she did more of these weight-bearing against my own weight movements, then massaged and moved the fascia around which felt great, and had me stretch on the reformer - which also felt tremendously, well you know - great. I walked out feeling twenty times better than when I gimped in. I must admit, the moist heat/electrical stimulation dynamic duo at the end of every session is the PT equivalent if my favorite band played of an encore of my favorite songs. But Zeppelin will never, ever get back together, so all I have are this last lovely ten minutes at Globerman. Not to slight the other past therapists who have put me through my paces and done their soft shoe routines... but I can honestly say that Benja and each of the caring, kind staff who have assisted me at Globerman are just head and shoulders above them. It's a very, very special place.

They have plenty of physical therapist. They are incredibly attentive and interested in helping you. I have gotten excellent results here, and I was in pain. They are also helping me with my balance. Got into the…read moreworst accident of my life and went from being very mobile, working out and running around with my son to barely being able to bend slightly to the side, reach anything or even sit or stand without pain. The staff here especially RANDI as well as the PTA's were so helpful, all exercises definitely played a big role. I feel great. Randi was an absolute gem, she was so sweet, helpful and easy going- she made a difficult time enjoyable. All PTAs that helped me, Dawson, Grace, I think the names were Carina and Alex? not sure but every PTA that helped me were awesome, so nice and very helpful and encouraging. PT Caren was also awesome ! She helped me when I was unable to see Randi and was great to work with. The complete front desk were always so welcoming and nice when interacting with them and great when it came to rescheduling visits due to auth issues or scheduling issues. During this time of covid, it is important to ensure safety protocol was being followed. It definitely was. The facility had hand sanitizer the moment you walked in the lobby and available in the gym area and treatment rooms. The staff was quick to clean all workout equipment right after you finished using it, all weights, bands, floor mats, the balls and the tables were cleaned right away. Everyone was masked and they ensured that everyone in there followed it. Even when it was busy, they had great team work to make sure everyone was being taken care of in between and during exercises. I definitely do not plan to be in physical therapy again or have any injuries but will definitely miss seeing these friendly faces especially Randi! If you ever need physical therapy, Two Trees in Ventura on Loma Vista is hands down the best!

She suggested I see an endocrinologist, which I did and after many years of undiagnosed symptoms (that my GP didn't catch) I am on my way to better health and longer life (seriously). She is not afraid to touch you, she works on you with precise massage. She listens . Educates you , makes sure your comfortable at all times.. I had, I believe 11 visits and felt like they really cared about me, I was divided among, two therapists, but all of the therapists there, were amazing! They always greeted me, happily, when I walked in, some knew me by name, that didn't even work with me. They were always interested about my progress and my pain levels. I thought was nice, if I was feeling extra pain, I received a nice therapy/massage session in that area, which was nice and much needed. They seemed to really care, sincerely. I was in and out in the allotted time, but never felt rushed. In fact they always spent plenty of time with me and made sure of my progress; both negative and positive. Ultimately I have to go in for an MRI and my doctor was thinking of changing to a different physical therapy, post*op. I was quick to tell him "no, please, I would like to stay with the same business...". Praying I don't need surgery, but if needed, I will be back for my recovery. On another note, I loved how we could watch current and previous Olympians performing, on tv, in the waiting room. The other clients were familiar to me too, as I began to know them, visit after visit. The front desk greeted me in a way that absolutely made me feel welcome. They handled me with great care and really listened to me. Stephen was my first therapist and he's amazing. I also see Ashley. I couldn't have picked two finer, more caring people. My progress is wonderful and when my body feels better, so does my mood. Advantage PTs are simply the best and I never have to look any farther for help. They really care and know what they are doing... and it shows. I recommend them to everyone. If you need someone who speaks, communicates, provides instruction, and is encouraging, go elsewhere. I had sent email complaint after first visit but no response. Apparently he is a partner in the business. As soon as a spot opened elsewhere I left and am so much happier. Going there after a major surgery and having Paul was the most negative medical experience I have ever had.
