Braised beef noodles
Elizabeth S.

Wu Zhang is located in Resorts World in the "Famous Foods Street Eats" section amongst all the other food stands. Eventually, I need a break from the fancy restaurants and need some simple Asian comfort food after a late night in the casino. It's the fresh hand-made noodles I was after here. Ordering is as easy as finding the nearest kiosk in the food court area. You don't even have to go to the counter. They'll call you when it's ready. My bowl of beef brisket noodles came with some bok choy and some robust broth. It was a bit too strong and salty for my taste, but the beef was flavorful and portioned well with the bok choy. I was satiated. It's nice to know I can get some fresh Chinese noodles when staying at Resorts World. There's dumplings at this same stand. I haven't tried them yet, but maybe next time!

The food is outstanding, especially their shumai! The shumai here is large, flavorful and has the right balance of pork and shrimp. We come here specifically to get the shumai. Service is attentive, they refill our drinks fast, they speak both English and Chinese very well. Often we see lots of older Chinese people eating whenever we go, give it an extra authentic vibe. They have a extensive dim sum menu, no carts, everything is made to order, that would be my only complaint Great food at reasonable prices, a large variety of dishes, has made this our go to dim sum spot, even though its far away from where we live, we make the journey to eat there. Highly recommend

Location (5/5): Much more convenient compared to other dim sum places in Chinatown. This location has easy parking and easy access, which makes it a great option for locals and visitors. Service (3/5): Standard dim sum service. They are pretty quick when you ask for something, which I appreciate. Food (2.5/5): The food quality was great when they first opened. Everything seemed fresher and more appetizing. Unfortunately, I feel like the quality has been slipping lately. This could also be because the restaurant isn't as busy as it used to be, so some dishes may be sitting out longer. Overall: I really hope they continue to improve the food quality because this is one of the best locations for locals to enjoy dim sum. With the convenient parking and easy access, it has a lot of potential.

The aunties pushing the carts are nice and the guy running the number system always makes Joyce W. laugh. Great people all around and that's saying something because service is that authentic curt experience. Don't think twice if you're looking for dim sum in Paradise. Come here. Eat well. Yum cha!

Did you know that the traditional 10-year anniversary gift is tin or aluminum to symbolize strength, resilience, and flexibility? Since I didn't put a ring on New Asian BBQ, my ten-year gift is a review update. What can I say about New Asian BBQ except that it's my favorite dim sum spot in Las Vegas. I've brought friends here, literally breaking bread here, because I adore this place so. The roast duck here is insanely good. Come as a party so you can try a little bit of everything. Such good eats. When they have the (BBQ) bodies in the window, you know you're about to have an extraordinary meal.
