Beef Noodle Soup
Eric H.

Came here with a group of friends on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't busy inside and we were seated right away. We all came here to try their Beef Noodle Soup, which my friend has been advocating for. Upon first look, the portion was big and looked really appetizing. Good portion of beef as well. However, the taste of the broth was too strong for me. Very strong and lasting beef flavored soup, I personally wish it was a little bit lighter. But overall, it still pretty good but too heavy for me.

This is my family's favorite place to go to whenever we're in Vegas. You know a Taiwanese place is legit when the restaurant is full of all of the aunties and uncles and you hear more Chinese being spoken than English! 100% hands down will keep coming here for the beef noodle soup. They are so generous with their portions and the price is very reasonable too. I love this place so much and will keep supporting this business!

I happened to be in Chinatown and got our early dinner at Noodle Pot. I ordered #32 eggplant w/rice and menu #33-1 which was duck rice and it came out with stirred fried veggies. We also got plum juice and veggie appetizer. Service was fast and I like this local spot to have decent Chinese meal.

Take out noodle soups...Salty Duck and Beef Tendons.

Taiwanese noodle soup type place = lighter broths, usually not heavy intense mainstream noodle soup tastes. But they are a bit oily than liked. I remember they were better for noodle soups vs dry dishes. We ordered takeout at 850pmish (close at 9pm). Good portion size. 10-15min, takes credit card $20min. Speaks mandarin. We'll visit again for just noodle soup cravings. If in LA, I think we could consider this place maybe once a year or so but not as a place to visit often due to price (and so much more variety/better in 626). #2 for $17.95 Beef and tendon noodle soup (I asked for no spicy). Noodles were fresh. Broth was light but still tasty. Meat and tendons were perfect texture of not overly cooked, or too chewy. Think we got lucky, since there are reviewers complaining on tendon texture. Broth had a tiny tad bit of spice. I normally can handle mild of medium spicy but due to gut issues unwanted something more simple. #12 for $17.95 Salty Duck soup with noodles. I asked the staff between this or duck noodles with sauce and she said salty duck soup with noodles was better. Light but tasty. Good someone going through gut issues/feeling sick. For 2 hungry people, these 2 item's portion size was satisfying to overeating capacity. Maybe good for 3 people. -- We visited in 2022 when I now consider us still local newbs. Meaning alot of things in life were still new and great until actually staying longer or experiencing really local life. Then you're stuck with only what you have around Vegas, which mostly sucks in Chinese, Vietnamese, Tacos/Burritos (horrible here and cost more than LA). 2022 Old Orders -- #42. Simmered Beef Tripe $9.95. #25. Beef roll (comes with 2 rolls) $11.99. - the egg and roll makes it soft vs the crispy type. I won't be getting again. Reminds me more of taiwanese breakfast rolled eggs dish? #17. Rice noodle soup with duck blood $12.95 - broth was amazing. Duck blood was fresh. Light meal. #29. Fried pork chop with rice $12.95 - they aren't good for the rice dishes. I'd imagine go steps away to their plaza neighbor shop for that.

Super enjoyed a casual meal with great flavors. The restaurant is small but well kept. There is plenty of parking. The service is done with a smile and efficient. We were greeted, seated and order taken all with a friendly smile. Their menu is large enough to find something you like and small enough not to overwhelm. I love they have pictures of dishes to help guide people. The food came out hot and tasty. I like the authentic flavors and small side dishes they offer.

Mom and Pop store!!! Many older Chinese people frequent this place. I usually stop by this place every time I come to Las Vegas!!! It is so much better than many other similar restaurants!! The waitress was extremely friendly!!! I love their beef shank and big prices of tendon!!! The soup was at a right spicy level!!!

First time here.... Last review before the New Year... Place is nice, simply decorated, clean, not claustrophobic.... It's a Taiwanese noodle place. Wait staff friendly. Menu simple both with Chinese and English descriptions. Had the salted duck noodle soup and a side of pig's feet, yes, pig's feet... The soup was delicious, broth was very flavorful, duck breast was also delicious. The pig's feet were so tender, fall off the bone, and very flavorful. Prices very reasonable. I will be back, there's a lot on the menu I'd like to try. I've had Chinese food from regions of mainland China and this is my second Taiwanese place... I will see you here sometime. Have a Happy, Prosperous, and Blessed New Year !!!!

Spicy beef noodle soup

Warm, comforting, tender. Their spicy beef noodle soup hit the spot on this cold night. I flew into Vegas from the Bay Area and was craving some really solid noodles. Noodle Pot was perfect! Beef was so tender, noodles were aplenty, and loved how much cilantro they put in it. Already thinking about my next visit. We were seated right away and our waitress even made sure we had soup spoons when we got our food. Vibe was very chill for a Wednesday evening and the clientele seemed equally enthralled with their food as well.

I came here specifically for pig ears. I was pretty disappointed as it lacks a lot of flavor and it tasted like mala seasoning. Didn't fit well with my taste buds. Its quite small inside and the service is like an in and out kind of transaction. I am sure the flavor profile here doesn't suit my taste, but will try other dishes to be fair.

Spicy beef noodles, good flavor, loved the noodles, but too bad still wuth MSG

Love this place! Not because all the commercials from the PR influencers but because their food! Their noodles are very good and on the chewy side, if you like hand pulled or knife shaved noodles, you will like their noodles. Their beef noodles with tendons is a must, it's Taiwanese style. The clear broth beef noodles are more like pho style. Must get their beef rolls and pig feet as well. Their pork chop rice plate is another family favorite. We don't even need the menu, get these 5 to start always.

I wanted some noodles before I head to the airport. This was the only thing open before 11am. Order the beef noodle soup clear broth. Its the morning. This is what I look for when I'm in taipei... Noodle was good. Fills the spot. Price was 18+3tip. $21. Vegas is not cheap. But I think there is a spring mountain Chinatown surcharge. Probably cheaper noodle options in less touristy areas

Great Taiwanese food in Las Vegas chinatown! There isn't a ton of Taiwanese food where I live so I was really excited by all the menu options. I got the pork over rice dish and it was a deceptively filling dish! Lots of pork, a boiled egg, rice, and veggies. I appreciated the veggies to cut through the richness of the pork. Overall a delicious meal & super filling! Also got the chili oil wontons & beef pancake roll which were super yummy as well. Good service and not too much searing inside, but they were able to accommodate a group of 6 easily. No wait either!

Stewed Beef and Tendon Noodle Soup

This was where my first full meal at Vegas is and I must say it was a savory, flavorful bowl of Beef Noodle Soup. After walking around Chinatown Plaza, I found this spot after noticing locals sitting inside having their meals while Taiwanese news plays on the screen. I had Vietnamese Pho, Thai Boat Noodles and Khmer Phom Penh Noodles so I have my history of soup dishes. The difference is that the noodles are thick rice noodles that is quite chewy, along with the meat I have been beef slices and tendons. Inaddition, the aroma was an event, something to wake me up without the caffine. The portion size is quite filling, perfect for a breakfast for a long day at the Strip. The service was great, especially having the bowl hand delivered to me and I give a tip to show my thanks

Highly recommend their peanut rice milk which is thick, sweet, and very flavorful. The popcorn chicken (what's called basil chicken here) is another good choice. If you get the rice plater, it also comes with 2 eggs (one braised and one fried) veggies, and minced pork with rice, definitely good portion and satisfying. It's basically hit and miss here. You need to know what to order. The rice balls are good. Taiwanese kimchi is amazingly delicious. The checking roll is great. The beef pancake or beef roll are good but with too much sauce and too salty. But the squid noodles are far away from the authentic version.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

This is actually our first Taiwanese restaurant in the area. We have our solid favorites on Oahu so venturing into the 9th island for those same flavors was a must! We ordered delivery from DD (we don't have a vehicle here so we rely on delivery services). The popcorn chicken was DELICIOUS! Some pieces were a big soggy but that's due to the distance it had to travel to get to our doorstep. The flavors are spot on with fried basil overtones. I wouldn't loved bigger pieces of fried basil. That's the only thing that could've made the dish better. It was that yummers! We also ordered the Chinese sausage over rice. The rice is delicious with the perfect amount of stickiness; making for an excellent chopstick experience. The tea egg was my least favorite. It had a bit of an off seasoning, so it wasn't what I was used to. But I do love eggs with my Asian food so I polished it off anyway lol. The bok choy with minced meat sauce was ok. I'm used to more seasoning on the meat sauce but the fresh veggies were still delicious. Of the pickled items, I enjoyed the cucumber chunks but the cabbage was too spicy for my liking. Hubs loved it though. Enjoyed our meal immensely and will definitely be ordering from here more often!
