I first went to Dr. Crystal for her to treat my four-year-old son who had woken up screaming in pain from torticollis. Dr. Crystal was very responsive to my calls and texts and was able to fit us into her schedule. She was able to work on him, even with him being in acute pain, and after she adjusted him and worked on his inflamed neck muscles his recovery began and he was well soon after! Next, my husband went to see Dr. Crystal after a cross-fit injury and about 2 months of pain, seeing a different chiropractor on and off without much improvement. After a single adjustment session with Dr. Crystal his back pain diminished significantly for the first time in months. Beginning this year we have started seeing Dr. Crystal on a monthly family plan. When we went in together, I was a little anxious about getting adjusted by her, simply because I am typically very tense and consider myself difficult to adjust. As for general wellness, I recently got a massage with their incredible massage therapist, Diana Coker. One session with her and I am a client for life. I have been recommending her to everyone I know because I feel like in a single session I got more from a massage with her than any of the massages I have had at Exhale, etc, where I paid much, much, much more. She has a brilliant understanding of anatomy, and she truly tailors your massage to what you / your muscles need. I told her about my sinus issues, and after she worked on my face I felt better than I have in a long, long time. The pressure was gone - and I could sigh with relief.
