A few weeks ago I was asked to make a media appearance on First Coast Living for Yelp's Top 50 Places to Eat in Jacksonville list. I'm always honored to go on local television stations to promote the amazing local businesses scene in Jax. The team of Curtis and Haddie took great care of me on the show! First Coast News is right across the parking lot from TIAA Bank Field. It was my first time here, and unlike some of the other stations in town, the parking lot is gated. You call their phone number, which will direct you to the front desk and then they will grant you access. I love seeing the inner workings in TV studios. It's busy and hectic and hopefully all the chaos results in good entertainment. Now, the set of First Coast Living is definitely one of the coolest sets I've seen. It's wide open, and very homey, which makes it incredibly relaxing for guests who get nervous about going on live TV; like me. Our segment was a smash, and a hell of a lot of fun. I have a lot of respect for Haddie, Curtis and the First Coast Living team. Hope to check out more of the studio again some time! read more

I have reached out to Anthony on numerous occasions. We purchased our home in 2022 based on the inspection from our inspector that Watson realty referred us to hildreth inspections. Daniel hildreth. After purchasing the property we found out that Daniel was friends with the seller of our home so that could have been a reason but also we had missing subfloor live electrical under our property and a busted main water line on top of numerous other problems we had to replace our breaker box within the first year of living here. And I have reached out to Anthony for help with the situation that he has yet to think it's a priority. I would think with our insurance company asking for this information from this inspector for the four point inspection that would be some sort of insurance fraud. But Anthony it's too busy focusing on potholes other things I guess. Please never use hildreth inspections when purchasing a home we purchased our property at over $184,000 based on his inspection. And it's not him that's being affected right now it is us. And my husband just became paralyzed in January 2024 so hopefully his wheelchair doesn't fall through the floor of our missing sub floor. It's really sad when you can watch a local news station, and watch a soap opera at the same time, and yet everyone just goes on, like everything is just fine. I'm 61, and I guess you can say I come from the old school, when you screw up, you face it head on, and apologize for your action and move on. By not doing nothing, this shows the younger generation that nothing really matters about our morals, and yes there still watching, and watching us. read more

Your sports casting personnel have a lot to be desired. Most often they mush words and use incomplete sentences. They speed talk and are hard to understand. Is this good news casting? is this a good example for our youngsters? Please fix this. read more
