When I politely let the man at the front counter know about the lack of soap, his response was, "Well, the women's restroom isn't OPEN, THAT'S why there's no soap." Nice way to talk to a customer who just spent $80 at the pump refueling a van. In fact, the women's restroom door was wide open, and another customer was using it when I came in. She was the one who alerted me to the no-soap situation, and spotted soap in a sink/shower area across the hall for us to use. There are other places to get gas on I-70 in this area. I'll use them in the future.
