The food takes at least 20 minutes at times, even with only 4 people in the drive through and an empty dining room. Food is sub par even for a BK and the place is filthy.

But the ride hasn't been without issue; one night, when I asked for a particular type of chicken sandwich, one they stopped carrying, the Manager blasted over the Drive-Thru Teller, screaming that they didn't have that particular sandwich and I should quit asking for it. I patiently waited, trying to figure out what the "Uhh..." meant. And then I heard it; the same nasty, hateful voice I heard so long ago. At the top of her lungs, the Manager who embarrassed me before once again screams, "We don't have ANY of THAT! We don't SELL Gorditas, and we're out of the Tenders until tomorrow!" I was so embarrassed and humiliated and angry that I almost drove off without getting anything. I went ahead and completed the Purchase, however. Though the gal handling the Window was nice, as the one before was, she made no move to apologize for the manager's crass, unprofessional, animalistic behavior, NOR was there anything offered in Recompense. Whoever is Managing tonight is the worst, most unprofessional, embarrassing excuse for a Manager there is. Further, me and my Family have spent LARGE amounts of money to regularly frequent this establishment--though not so much lately, with all the issues we've been dealing with--and this sloppy, hostile, unprofessional and uneducated Manager just cost that Patronage. I am NEVER going back to this place again, and I WILL disparage it EVERY chance I get. Burn me once; shame on you. Burn me twice; shame on ME. There will be NO Third Time. :/
