I was so embarrassed and humiliated and angry that I almost drove off without getting anything. I went ahead and completed the Purchase, however. Though the gal handling the Window was nice, as the one before was, she made no move to apologize for the manager's crass, unprofessional, animalistic behavior, NOR was there anything offered in Recompense. Whoever is Managing tonight is the worst, most unprofessional, embarrassing excuse for a Manager there is. Further, me and my Family have spent LARGE amounts of money to regularly frequent this establishment--though not so much lately, with all the issues we've been dealing with--and this sloppy, hostile, unprofessional and uneducated Manager just cost that Patronage.
