The selection is fine I suppose and the prices are what foot locker usually charges but that has nothing to do with anything. Avoid this location at all costs. Especially if the store manager Geraldine is there. And I hate saying this about my own people but she fits the stereotype of an angry black woman, that got a little bit of power and loves to abuse it. I've never been so insulted in my life. Terrible Customer Service at Shiekh Shoes Crenshaw Mall…read more I had one of the worst experiences at this location. I attempted to make a purchase, and the payment went through on my end it was even showing as pending on my bank account. However, the cashier told me that since no receipt printed, I couldn't take any merchandise. I explained that the charge was already showing on my card, but she insisted that I would need to swipe my card again, which I refused to do. At no point did anyone mention that their system might have been down or having issues. I left without my items and immediately called the store several times to have the transaction canceled, but no one helped or followed up. When I finally spoke with customer service, they told me they couldn't handle in-store transactions and to contact the store manager who also provided no real assistance and didn't seem to care about resolving the situation. Overall, the customer service here was extremely poor. Neither the cashier nor the manager took any initiative to fix the problem or even show concern. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I'm now having to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this Shiekh location until they improve their customer service and communication.

Hibb who? I had never heard of this store. Now I have seen…read morea few more locations including in the south. The store was clean and organized. The service was top notch. So, this is a shopping experience where a little extra customer service was shown from the lovely employees working there. I am kicking myself now for not noticing their names. I literally drove down Crenshaw Blvd from Adams to Slauson, looking for a Dodger's jersey at the typical pop up stands that are there daily selling jerseys, because my mom was headed out on a cruise and they were having a sports dress up event. Earlier this year my mom went to a game with the church folks, and they gave out Mookie Betts jersey's. So Mookie is her favorite player, and The Dodgers is her favorite team now. Her jersey she has was borrowed and she was not going to get it back in time for the cruise event. She told me about the event at the last minute, and I went on a hunt for a jersey. Before stopping at Hibbett, I even went to the Slauson Super Mall. No luck with a Dodger's jersey. I saw Hibbett Sports and thought what did I have to lose? This was my last ditch effort before heading to the mall and spending $300 for a jersey my mother was going to wear once. I walk into Hibbett and the guy behind the counter asked me if I was ok? It was hot and I was rushing so I am sure I looked flushed and was sweating. I told him I would be ok if he had a jersey for my mom, and how I didn't want her to feel left out for the event. He said there were no Dodger jerseys. I was deflated. He told me to wait a moment, and he would check the back. Out he walks with an Otani jersey in men's size small. I knew I was going to get hit over the head for the price and would be ELATED if it was under $300. I tapped my card quickly so I would not have buyer's remorse. I had to look down and sign for the purchase. The jersey was $175. Okay, anything for my mom, but I noticed the total did not match the $175 price. My total was only $80 because a discount was applied. I was elated the jersey was less than half. I whisk it off to my mom with 30 minutes to spare before she had to leave for her flight. While rushing I did not take the tag off the jersey, I just slid it in her luggage. She called me while on the ship (which is about $3 a minute) and said I didn't wear that jersey, I saw the price tag it was $175! I wrapped it up and am bringing it back to you so you can return it. My only reply was mom, the jersey was not that much, and this phone call on your cell phone from the middle of the ocean will cost more than the jersey you DIDN'T wear. She abruptly hung up after our pricey 15 minute chat. In the end, I am the owner of a brand new Otani jersey. GOOOOO Dodgers!

This Champs is very much like any other Champs that I have been to. What's different though is how they handle their shoe raffles. Like every other store that holds raffles (not just Champs), they give you a call and you need to pick up the phone or they move on to the next raffle winner and you are out of luck. Anyways, they gave me a call and I picked up. Here's the strange part. I was ready to hang up after hearing the guy tell me that I had won but he went on to say that i needed to tell him what time I was coming in to pick up the shoes because I only get an hour window to pick them up (it is my understanding that this recent raffle had the same rules for all the stores which stated that shoes could be picked up from 8am-6pm) Next he asked for my ticket number (i've probably entered 30 raffles during the year and NOT ONE has asked for this). When I told they guy I'd just bring the ticket when I came to pick up the shoes the following day, he said it was a problem. He then wanted my drivers license number, DOB, and address since I didn't have the ticket on me. WTF!!
