WRX = Premium Auto Sales according to Vuk. I got in contact with the dealership, as of 8/10/22 on Facebook MarketPlace. There were a bunch of negative reviews for WRX. The person I spoke to assured me that the negative Yelp reviews were for a previous dealership. I googled and googled, and found that the 'new' dealership was at the same location as the previous. After numerous back and fourth with 'Vuk' about whether or not I could take a vehicle to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection, he blocked me lol. Yeah, all the negative reviews are solid. My 16 year old found a car here she fell in love with.. the price was right At $3000.00. went to see it, test drive it etc.. asked if it needed any work? Was told " no no, car is in great shape, shouldn't need anything... tires are good, brakes are good, A/C just needs to be charged"... went to purchase the car, they wanted a $400 "processing fee".. we got him to cut that in half.. purchased the vehicle, signed the "as is" paperwork (he said all used car dealerships make you sign it).. took it for an inspection.. the car needed not only 4 new tires, a muffler, rear brakes, the AC isn't even connected because the compresser is shot (false advertising) and several other small things to the tune of $1500.00... we have now just learned the head gasket is leaking.. that will be another $2500 ish.. so the repairs on this vehicle will cost more than what we actually paid for it. Went with my mech knowing WRX's rep before setting foot in. Was displeased that they misrepresented a few of their vehicles as "doesn't need anything" and that their ads for corresponding vehicles were wrong on year, days posted since mileage changed, etc. I was on a budget and we knew what to look for. I found a vehicle that we knew was likely to be in the best shape. It met all of my criteria and I test drove it, waiting for something to become evident. Nothing did; I made negotiations and made the purchase. The dealership I took it to for recall reviews and preinspection was impressed at the excellent condition it was in- it needed no work whatsoever except one recall tweak! I have fallen in love with this car and am so glad I found it! Everything about it rocks. So basically if you shop here for a cheap used vehicle, expect that as usual, shady business but if you need a vehicle it's going to need work. However, the sales rep is genuine and I appreciated his approach and despite the misrepresentation issue, the boss is fair in negotiations and paperwork. So... When I address the noise that the car was making during the test drive the owner told us that it was because the tires didn't have enough air. Wow. Where to start. First of all, there should be a scale with negative numbers of stars available. These idiots OWE me stars, frankly. Long story short, they screwed us the same way they screwed everyone else, BUT I made sure we got screwed as intelligently as possible. Here's how: You will express interest in a vehicle you saw on Craigslist advertised at a certain price. English isn't exactly these guys' first language. There is a big sweaty one who does all of the talking and blames online pricing on his brother. He will tell you that the price advertised on Craigslist is actually the wholesale price (as-is), but that for a mere $1,000 more, he would gladly offer a 90-day warranty and a shiny new state inspection. The car we looked at was a 2007 Jeep Compass advertised at $3950 on CL. With 110K miles (it actually had just north of 113K) and in great shape, we figured it would at least be worth looking at. He made his offer and my husband *almost* went for it, but I swooped in and said that it was obvious that the car wouldn't be properly repaired (the guy was talking about it "just needing some tires in front and a once over) and since our sixteen year old son would be driving it, I wanted to know it's actually safe. The guy insisted it would be "New Hampshire state inspected- they aren't going to inspect it if it isn't safe." Right. He assured me his guys had already gone over the vehicle and he knew it only needed tires (LOL). We finally opted out of the added money and started haggling on an as-is price. We assumed there would be a hefty repair bill once it made its way to a lift, so we got him down to $3300 after a couple more phone calls to his "brother" and conversations in whatever language it is they speak. We weren't disappointed! It needed: -ball joints -serpentine belt -4 tires (it's an all-wheel drive- who only replaces tires on one end?!) -numerous lugnuts -2 rust holes repaired -a tie rod end -a few lightbulbs -oil change (obviously) -alignment Total: $1800 We pretty much anticipated this costing an added $1500 or so to be done properly. The rust hole in the floor of the driver's side floor was a neat surprise. Now imagine if we HAD been dumb enough to fall for their sweet $1K deal???? Some schmuck would have cobbed it together to make it mostly look inspectable and my son would likely crash the damned thing when something finally gave way. Do NOT purchase a vehicle here without first test driving it long enough to make sure the "check engine" light will come on if it needs to, getting it up on a lift and looking VERY closely at all of the things (preferably with your own trusted mechanic present), and under NO circumstances should you allow them to take your money with the promise of a perfectly legit state inspection and three month "power train" warranty. They won't honor any of it, your car won't be safe to drive, they probably won't reimburse you if any of the "power train" components fail (even with limited English speaking skills, they can handle fine print like pros), and you'll walk away feeling anally violated without the benefit of a handshake, lube, dinner, or a functional vehicle. Found and bought a car from this shop via FB Marketplace... drove 35 mins to see the car.. test drove.. everything checks out fine.. Eddie who was the sales guy was easygoing, friendly, straightforward and transparent about the vehicle whether if it'll need some repairs (he says no), but he did point out that it could use an oil change. Made a deal for $4500 WITH 90 day warranty (HUGE plus) and all service records from previous owners! Took the car home with no issues.. 3-4 days later, CEL came on along with Traction Control and Cruise blinking (common issues with Subaru's).. called the dealer back and drop it off.. days later, they found out that the manifold cat converter will need to be replaced (i agreed to the repair) along with replacing the sway bar end links and bushings. Vuk who was the manager / owner of the shop gave me a great deal on the repair cost and was very transparent and kept me informed about what was going on with the car while its being repaired. Now, I don't know what others have experienced about this shop, but Vuk and Eddie really made my purchase experience and repair a pleasant one. I'm not saying all of their cars are topnotch.. most will need a bit of TLC (you do get what you pay for) but if you work with them, they will give you a great deal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good reliable car for a steal. read more

WE WERE WRONG!! We bought new rotors and brake pads for the car. When we went to jack it up, we realized the frame was rotted out and they had "repaired" and painted over it. I recently bought my first car from here. While the guys are really nice and give you a pretty good deal, they definitely misrepresented the car. I was told it had no issues (other than needing an oil change). Oil change is not a problem so I was okay with that. After bringing the car home, the coolant light came on. Then during inspection it was discovered the brake light was out. Then the oil light came on again (even though the oil was freshly changed). Now the check engine light is on. I had to miss work today to go to the mechanics. So if you want a good deal but also want to dump money into an old car, then have fun! read more

We searched reviews online and, most notably, read one from BBB which graded them an F. The reviews were awful and we even read a court case where they were being sued for unpaid wages. Feeling bad for people affected by the owners of this company, we posted an ad on craigslist so as to warn others before spending money and they have been consistently flagged, over and over. Bought my first car here. It was too good to be true though. They kept mentioning how there was "no check engine light on", and telling me that it was well taken care of. They speak to eachother in a foreign language when talking in front of you, probably trying to find a way to swindle you. I asked for the inspection as part of the deal, and they agreed. I should have known I was being screwed over, but I was too excited for my first car. Little did I know that there is no way that it could have possibly passed inspection. The check engine went on within about 100 miles (which means they must have unplugged the battery to reset the light so it appears off long enough to make the sale), the transmission was trash, and I soon found out the floor was rotting out from underneath the driver rear floor. They must have done a lick n stick to make a sale. Needless to say, I'm scrapping my car today after pouring so much money into it for hopeless repairs. I'm never buying a vehicle from here again. Bought a car there 4-7-15 was told there was only a minor issue it needed a mass airflow sensor not bad right ...wrong got it to the garage to do that work and oil change etc.. And they called me and said the whole front end of car needed work ball joints ,oil leak ,sway bar ,some hoses , air bag light came on when I was driving home so had to fix that sensor..and one of engine mount was broken there was a few more things that the garage said but I think I stopped listing when they said ...$2200 to fix omg ... While test driving I noticed that the power steering pump was cavitating. When I parked the car I told them they would not get their money until this was fixed. They assured me they would fix it properly because I had to drive very far to get it home. Once I purchased the car and brought it home I heard the pump cavitate again. They did not replace the metallic power steering line properly as they said they would; instead, they took a rubber hose and hose clamped it to the fittings. I purchased two cars from WRX in 2016 - and I am extremely pleased with their reliability overall. They seem to specialize in higher mileage well cared for autos, and that is what I got. Price was below anywhere else significantly and there is no deception or tough salesmanship. You will get what you pay for in a more reasonably priced used vehicle (but some maintenance down the road should be expected), as this isn't a new car dealership - so keep that in mind as well. We drove 3 hours, to find the auto convertible top was inoperative, the glove box was broken, and the cup holder cover was missing. Oh, and there's rot on the truck lid larger than a softball! Great! They purchase vehicles at auctions, don't put any work into them claiming none is needed, then slap on invalid inspection stickers on them. Take your business elsewhere. One star for their epic acting charade and ability to convince even the toughest of customers (not me, my then boyfriend). These guys completely ripped me off and cost me thousands and thousands of dollars, that I didn't have to begin with. I have been searching high and low for a decent used car. All the ones I looked at my price range, needed too much work. I responded to a craigslist ad about a car. It was a little above my price range, but worth taking a peek. I test drove it. It drove like a dream!! It was so clean inside and out, and I thought it was priced fairly, given how good of condition it was in. Once we started the transaction of buying the car (after I drove all over the state, got a small loan from the bank, and money from family to cover what I was short), there were a couple of papers that raised a red flag. One was a state document saying the vehicle was not inspectable. No specific reasons were given. They explained, that this paper was just a "formality", since they weren't an inspection station themselves. Nervous, I had them put a scanner on it in front of me, no codes. This whole time I was thinking: last-minute try to throw in a free inspection as part of the deal. Any lots I've bought cars from, inspect their cars. I test drove the car again. I have some mechanics knowledge, from auto tech school. I checked the things I knew to check. Everything still looked good. Needless to say, I gave them my 4 grand, went to get a sticker, and it needed $4500 worth of work, right out the gate. Front and rear suspension and brakes. I slapped myself on the hands, and said this is what I get for buying an "as is" vehicle. A month later, it needed another $1800 of work for an oil leak. Six months after that, I need another $3000 (at minimum), for a new sticker. The electric the brake is broken, amongst a whole mess of other problems. Mind you, I've barely put 2000 miles on this car. Those guys were so reassuring. They even somehow had a current sticker on it, claiming that was the sticker from the previous owner (it was a couple months old). Anyway, I wish I had read the reviews before I jumped on this decision. It was my first car in for years and they made it seem like a sweet deal that was legit. I didn't think there was anything I could do about it, given the paperwork I had signed. Today I found out I was wrong. I will be taking action on these guys! Do yourself a favor, and STEER CLEAR!!
