I've made several deals with these guys and never left feeling cheated. They are fair on trades. Some guys think they should get market price for their trade, that's not happening anywhere. The prices seem to be as good or better than most places around Ft. Wayne and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you even if it's saving you money. Only in the last few years have I been involved with the world of firearms. Needless to say, I am always coming up with new questions. While internet is ripe with opinions and knowledge, it's been the gentlemen at Wrigley's who have took time to answer my questions, show me examples and open doors to other options. They're usually busy, understandably so as their selection is fantastic and prices more than fair, but they still take the time to acknowledge each costumer and tend to their needs. I LOVE THIS SHOP!! Every associate in this shop is knowledgeable and approachable. This is a small shop but that carry as much inventory as possible with having such a limitation on square footage. If, by chance, they don't have the particular firearm, accessory, ammunition, or other item in stock that you are looking for, they will promptly and kindly offer to order it for you. The crown jewel on this place was the way they treated my wife. My wife is NOT a gun person. They treated her with respect and taught her what she needed to know to be an informed buyer. Keeps well stocked. Most employees are nice. But someone keeps answering the phone here with an attitude or distaste for the caller immediately. I had a personal experience where I called asking about an FFL item and the person seem exasperated that I'd be asking if my item is in yet. Then I referred someone there because I've been told the ammo stays stocked here, but she refused to shop there because when she called with a few questions, she was treated like she was stupid and annoying to whoever picked up the phone. I'll be going somewhere else for everything from now on. Sick and tired sh*tty nasty people thinking they're better than someone else just because you know the answers to their questions. I'll reconsider in a few months by calling and seeing how disgusting and reprehensible my treatment is. Learn some respect, you may now about guns but everyone's got their niche. I've been in the Gun business as a High-End Collector, Shop Owner (in AZ), and now as this is just my favorite hobby, but it's also a great investment and I enjoy collecting rare & new, high quality guns. It's not easy for these dealers, but with the Staff here, I have to point out 2 real stars in the industry who have become the face of this business for me as a high end collector who spends an average of $12-$20k per year on guns. The owner is a super guy and certainly helped get me going, but now it's Jackie W. & Mike G. (Jackie is the Ofc. Mgr. & I believe Mike is the Sales Mgr. - guessing on titles here), but truly they are the pillars that keep me coming back to Wrigleys TIME AND TIME AGAIN! In fact so much so that I've pledged they'll get ALL MY BUSINESS, until they close the doors! YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE & THOROUGH PEOPLE THAN JACKIE & MIKE. I simply can't sing their praises loud enough, and I recommend anyone, young or old, first time buyers or experienced shooters, should all end up buying here if you enjoy saving money, and compared to most stores, a LOT OF MONEY! But again if this staff or the owner were not here I would not be able to make such a serious pledge, of giving a store ALL MY BUSINESS. As a buyer you won't be disappointed, there are no condescending attitudes (for that treatment please visit the old H&H Firearms, now called 21st Century Firearms, as I think their employees all went to the same prison, "err Charm School"). Compare prices, EVEN ONLINE, and you'll see firsthand that their prices CANNOT BE BEAT, but more importantly I have a rapport with them from day one that has progressed into me being treated as a VIP, and I've done special orders, custom orders, and just about every "picky" thing you can think of, and Jackie and Mike simply smile, write it down and call me when it's in. I arrive to the item having been completely looked over very thoroughly, and everything neatly repacked in it's factory boxes. This is simply Jackie & Mike going the extra mile to ensure nothing is missing, damaged or in any way unacceptable by a customer. You will NOT find this service at ANY gun shop in the state that I've visited, and I've been to most at one time or another, from as far South as Seymour/Indianapolis area to as far North as Gary I have yet to experience the quality of customer service I get consistently at Wrigley's so I can only conclude that everyone who's not visited them yet get a price at your favorite or first gun store, then visit Wrigley's and ask a few questions and shop their wide selection of quality guns. It took me one and ONLY ONE VISIT to figure out that I would be giving them all of my business in the future, and I have no regrets!
