LOCATION/LAYOUT: The building is located in right-center field, which has a great view of the game without the hassle of the actual bleachers! Spacious dining area with plenty of seating for you and your friends. Clean bathrooms on both the dining and rooftop levels. Plenty of seating on the roof so you don't feel like a stranger is sitting on your lap. Sitting or standing, the views and experience at 3643 is second to none! FOOD/DRINK: A++ for these guys! The food and drink selection is very impressive. When was the last time you were able to flag down a vendor for a steak or some salmon in the stadium? Never! How about ordering anything other than a Bud/Light/Old Style when the guy behind you kicked yours over? Didn't think so. They also have delicious sides to accompany your meal and tasty desserts if you can still take more down. You can't go wrong with their selection of eats and drinks! STAFF: Forget the hassle of digging out your I.D. "You're on the list!" Once you enter you're given a lanyard (and a nice souvenir) to wear for the day. The bartenders and servers were very polite and courteous as well. Anything you wanted or needed was just a request away. As with most things they touch, the Ricketts family has ruined yet another great tradition for Cubs fans. These rooftops are now shells of their former selves. They are still a great environment to host large groups but now with a lack of competition, the quality of the experience has deteriorated. I just hosted a group of 12 clients and could not have been more disappointed with the food service. The food felt like it was cooked offsite instead of fresh off the grill like it was years ago. A lukewarm hamburger or hot dog on a stale bun without anyone even making a proper Chicago dog. Oh but wait they had ice cream bars and a nasty nacho cheese dispenser. I feel for the staff as it's not their fault. For the price these rooftops are simply no longer worth it. Sort of like the product on the field! read more

I am so glad to enjoy my first rooftop experience here at Wrigley Field Rooftop Club. The view could not get any better!!! Came here a few weeks ago for a CUBS vs. SOX game! WOW!!! So amazing!! Lets just say that I will be doing this every year for the crosstown classic. $120 all you can eat and drink! SO WORTH IT!!! The food there was delicious and there were different types of beer. They offered italian sausage, wisconsin brat, classic ballpark hotdogs, burgers, potato salad, and even SOFT SERVE ICECREAM!!! I was drinking the classy Blue Moon all day long. The crowd was friendly and we all had a great time. There was a bar on the roof and the lower level. Drinks and food are easily accessed. Definitely was worth the money! I cannot wait to go back to this rooftop. There was nothing that was blocking the beautiful view of Wrigley Field. TIPS: Get there early, and claim your seats!!! I would love to have a group of my friends rent this place out and have a huge bash! Prior to moving to Chicago, I hadn't seen these type of spaces (rooftop viewings of game with food and drinks free). Great concept, super fun, not completely crowded and annoying. The only downside was the view. From this specific rooftop, you don't get the best view. However, the rooftop to the left going up Sheffield heading north, has an awesome view. I'd recommend renting there. The food was great, especially those chocolate chip cookies. I ate cookie after cookie until people were prying them out of my hands, just kidding. I did have way to much food, but it's free! The staff is really friendly and overall it was a good experience. Next time, I'd rent another rooftop with a better view. 3 stars because the view wasn't that great. read more

Overall, this was a great experience. The view of the field is surprisingly good from the rooftop deck and seats. The view from the VIP area (the bottom floor of 3 floors) is really pretty lousy. The food is plentiful and the serving lines moved very quickly. The food was above average. The ice cream was excellent. The lines at the bars also moved quickly and the beer selection offered something for all tastes. A few general comments - The employees were friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean. The entry system was a bit of a mess to get up to the rooftop, but it worked out in the end. I also thought they might have overloaded the rooftop with people - finding a seat was difficult. If you are there to primarily see the game, I highly recommend getting in line early and heading straight to the rooftop to secure seats. read more

Had tickets to 3609 N Sheffield. There was nothing posted on their website that states that you couldn't use the elevators. When we got there we noticed that they placed signs on the elevators that stated they were only for use for persons in a wheelchair. Had knowing this we wouldn't have purchased tickets. We had an extremely difficult time reaching the rooftop by stairs. Beware if you can't climb a lot of stairs this place is not for you. Just because your not in a wheelchair,doesn't mean that your medically fit to climb stairs(ie..hip and knee problems). read more

In short: Not worth the money A bit more: Entering is like going through some high security event. They look through your bags (normal), run a wand across you (ok) and they did a pat down (a little too much). You also have to show your ID to two different people, the screener and a person that checks you off the list. Afterwards they tell you were to go and inform you that there is no re-entrance (no in and out). The rooftop had was a little to the side and had a great view of the outfield. Unfortunately, you could not see the pitcher or the batter from 90 percent of the rooftop. They blasted the radio announcement of the game (I would rather have had TVs around since the view was obstructed). I don't want to sound like a person complaining too much, but you could not hear the radio from all sections of the rooftop, instead you hear air conditioners humming from nearby roofs. The food was good (but not amazing) and there were lots of variety. The only reason that I did not rate the experience less was that the staff working there (particularly the servers) were outstanding. Only bright spot of experience. read more

One of the better Rooftop views at Wrigley. Yes, you lose balls hit down RF line & deep RF, but overall a really nice view. These setups are all inclusive. (All you can eat & all you can drink (beer&wine until the end of the 7th). The food is decent and there are 6-8 beer choices & 3-4 wine choices. (When you sit in Wrigley you'll spend $8/EA for the same beer). Nothing beats being inside Wrigley, but this is still a ton of fun & certainly worth trying. This was my first time on any of the Wrigleyville rooftops, and it was a blast! We went on Memorial Day which is one of the cheaper days to go. Once you make the reservation, they take your name down, so all you have to do is check in rather than present a ticket. They give you a lanyard with your ticket, which gives you a bit of a backstage pass type of feel. A quick walk up the stairs, or via the elevator, and you'll be at the food level. All you can eat, and all you can drink (alcohol until the end of the 7th inning). A fine selection of food (burgers, chicken sandwiches, salmon, steak sandwiches, hot dogs and brats) along with soda, beer and wine. For dessert, you could only choose from soft-serve ice cream or cookies, but more power to you if you were still feeling hungry at that point! The food level also contained regular seating and bar height tables and seating, along with televisions, and a view outside to the park. Viewer alert! The broadcast is delayed by a couple of seconds, so if you were planning on watching the entire game from here, be prepared to have the Wrigley Field crowd "spoil" you on the results of the upcoming play. There are bathrooms on this level, and at the upper level, both of which were clean and appropriately stocked. The upper level contains bleacher seating, and another bar. We primarily spent the game watching from the railing just in front of the seating area. You get a great view of the park, in addition to being able to people watch the folk on Waveland. The only disadvantage to watching at this angle, is that you will have to rely on crowd reaction for plays that happen close to the wall or just over the wall. We couldn't see D-Lee's or Ramirez's home runs land, but we were able to see a Soriano foul ball fly out and get fought over on Waveland. If you're a Cub fan that likes to eat and drink, I definitely recommend the experience. If you are a baseball fan that likes to eat and drink, I also recommend the experience. Otherwise, you may or may not find this to be an affordable experience. Bonus tip for drinkers: Leading up to the start of the 7th inning, they may allow you to take up to 2 drinks per trip to the bar. Afterwards, the policy changes. Plan accordingly. read more

Ahhhh....3639 Wrigley Rooftop. I often think fondly of our time together. You were the first exposure that my recently transplanted, New England, Red Sox prone boyfriend had to the Chicago Cubs and you showed them to him with style and class. Style, class, gluttony and binge drinking.... what's not to like? The Rooftops are an ICONIC way to view a cubs game so when I saw a Yelp deal offering early season games at a great and discounted rate I jumped at the opportunity. I have to say that 3639 surpassed by expectations. The service was GREAT - friendly, accommodating and high energy. The food was YUMMY and seemingly endless - dogs, burgers, pizza, salad, fruit plates (I think...?), pulled pork sandwiches - I could go on, and all so tasty. The view/seating - PERFECTION (and I've heard from other sources they have one of, if not the best views). And the beer....it was flowing. Such a great way to ring in baseball season. I have, and would continue to recommend this over and over again as the place to have a amazing rooftop experience; I only wish their prices were a little more affordable for me. If you have the opportunity to go, DO IT! The Cubs may very well keep losing for another 100 years but if you're watching them do it at 3639 Wrigley Rooftop...it eases the pain. this rooftop is by far the best roof top in Wrigley! for the ticket price you get all you can drink beer and wine, and an unlimited selection of food! there's 3 floors stocked with all your favorites. the main floor has the ice cream cooler, fyi. get it fast or the good ice cream will be gone by the 8th inning when people realize they can't get any more booze. servers will walk around with snacks as well so if burgers and hot dog isn't your thing, find one of them. they will have snacks like pulled pork and salads. yum! they have flat screens throughout so with acclimate weather you can stay indoors and still have a view of the game. although the view from their roof top bleachers is much better. the facilities are clean, and modern. and staff is very friendly. read more

I never ever thought that I could have this much fun going to a Cubs game! There was a major rain delay and I still had a blast. A place like this is more fun than actually gong to Wrigley Field! The entire area includes the top two floors of the building along with the roof. The roof top bleachers provide a very good view of the field. If you are hungry you can grab some decent grub on any floor or the roof. If you are thirsty, there are bars on every floor or the roof also! There was plenty of room to move here. I did not feel stuck to my seat. and the layout made it very easy to chat with my friends. When the rain started pouring down there was an ample amount of shelter to hide! The staff here was all great all of the food was decent and I had a GREAT time! I have hard before this event that this was one of the better rooftop experiences around and I would tend to agree with them! read more

I always thought the rooftops surrounding Wrigley Field was an interesting topic. I remember back in the early 80s (I'm old yo) where I would watch the Cubbies on WGN-TV, and everytime someone would hit a homerun, you can see the few people sitting on their metal plastic-mesh lawnchairs adorning the residential rooftops. No longer is this. Now these rooftops are commercialized, and there's actually a whole slew of information that you can read about. We'll let you take the time to google it, you're on Yelp, so clearly you want to know how this place rates. This rooftop totes 5-floors and is located on Sheffield; the most right-field side of Wrigley. The floors that are available for people are the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. A bar, indoor seating area with food, drinks, bathrooms, and TVs are on the 3rd floor. The food was decent. Proteins were: - Hamburgers - Hotdogs - Italian beef - Chicken - Sirloin steak - Nachos - Salad bar with fruit, pasta salad, tomatos - Condiments include A1 steak sauce, ketchup, mustard, etc - Brownies and cookies - Icecream station consisting of soft-serve vanilla, chocolate, or mixed I had the chicken, which they quickly ran-out of. The steak was absolutely the best out of all the proteins; it was cooked medium/med-well but it was nice and tender, and not chewy. They also have a bar there, serving beers and some Barefoot wines. I've been to two different rooftops, so lets compare the two. I think this helps if you're on the fence in regards to which rooftop to pick, So I can at least compare this to the next door rooftop (back then it was called "The Vine" or something like that, but now that the Ricketts family owns these rooftops, I don't know what the name is anymore). With this specific rooftop, there are metal bleacher seats (compare this to the adjacent ones where there are nice, albeit plastic, stadium chairs with back support). Also, the view here was rather obstructed; not because of the giant scoreboard in right-field, but the triple-decker terrace on the 3rd-base line of Wrigley that blocks the view of home plate. There are no flatscreen TVs on the roof, so it's easy to miss what's going on. I know, I know, some or most people don't care about baseball and go to Wrigley for the experience. Hey yo, that's cool, but just wanted to warn ya. Overall, it was an A-OK experience. The food was decent and the experience was fun. Again, if you're looking for a different experience where you can at least somewhat watch the action on the field, this may not be it for you. You may want to check out the adjoining rooftops. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms had 2 urinals and 2 stalls. The floors were made of concrete and everything appeared pretty clean. With this ring, I thee wed. My first real experience on a Wrigley Rooftop was for a wedding. How awesome is it that a bride agreed to get married here? Hell, it was her idea! A second marriage for both the bride and groom, who are avid baseball fans brought their friends and family together for a day of beer, baseball and nuptials. So cool. I used to work for the company that owns the 1032 Waveland stop, and I'd been here before - but only to check on the food and make sure that things were up to snuff. It was nice being a patron for once! The views into the ballpark are great, and for the most part everyone there was friendly. Minus the douchey frat boy types. Both the interior and exterior spaces were immaculately clean and while it's not quite the same as experiencing the game from inside the park; I almost like it better. Obviously ticket prices are a little steeper than just a regular ticket to the game itself, but with unlimited food and beer I'm certain it's a better value. There's never any issues finding a seat, or a bathroom; and overall I prefer it to a regular day in the park. read more

On our annual trip to see the Cubs, we decided to change it up a bit and see the game from a rooftop. Color me impressed! My 10-year old son was enamored with the Pre-game snacks which included multiple types of pizza from Bacci. They also had fresh fruit, chips, Greek salad and a variety of BBQ sandwiches. 3639 offered various beers including Bud, Miller, Shock Top, Brooklyn Ale, Fat Tire and others. They also offered various white and red wines although I'm kind of a wine snob so I didn't try any of the wines since I didn't see an Amarone. Dessert consisted of many Nestlé, Skinny Cow and Haagen-Das ice cream products. Late in the game cookies and brownies were served. The building itself is well appointed with multiple floors of tables, couches and stadium seating. I did my research before choosing 3639. My fellow Yelpers steered me to 3639 and I am glad they did! The other nearby rooftops looked extremely crowded and not nearly as nice. Go Cubs!! read more

I decided to do this as it was going to be my only way to watch a playoff game this year and not have to deal with stub hub. The cost of the rooftop ticket was less than what stub hub ticket sales were going for and then you get all you can eat and drink so it's really a great idea to do a rooftop if you're wanting to make it to a game. read more

I've been to a few other rooftops (3 to be precise) for Cubs games. To be fair, the experience at these have been pretty good and I would assume the same goes for Wriglleyville Rooftops. A little pricey, but usually worth it. This past Saturday, my girlfriend and I (along with 3 other couples) purchased rooftop tickets from these guys for the Brad Paisley concert. $75 a piece for a sweet country concert all the food and beer/wine you can put down. Sounds pretty awesome right? Almost sounds too good to be true.... I think we all know the old adage about things seeming "too good to be true". It should be noted that we did our homework before making the purchase and were well aware that there was a good chance we wouldn't be able to see the entire stage. We were prepared for that and ready to enjoy listening to Paisley, Miranda Lambert and a few other whilst enjoying delicious adult beverages and mediocre food. It quickly became apparent that the "concert" element of the evening would consist of a muffled, echo-y (that's obviously a real word) mess. It literally felt like our neighbors were having a raging party and we were the only ones not invited. We even spoke to an employee of the rooftop right next door (which was closed except for friends and family) and he claimed they didn't sell tickets to Paisley due to the disappointment and backlash from their customers after a Paul McCartney show. So basically, even this guy understood how sub-par the actual "concert" is. He actually put the Heat/Celtics Game 7 on their flat screens so we at least had something to watch. So, kudos to that guy! He gets 5-stars. The reason Wrigleyville Rooftops is getting 1-star is simple...it's false advertising. If you buy tickets to a sporting event, concert, show etc., and your view is partially blocked, that ticket will definitely list "obstructed view". You are aware of the situation before making the purchase. I went back and read every piece of related literature Wrigleyville Rooftops had to offer (Terms of Service, The Actual Ticket, etc.). Nowhere does it mention a blocked view or even worse, ridiculously poor sound quality. All they need is a line SOMEWHERE, ideally before finalizing the purchase mentioning the less than ideal view/sound. At least then consumers can make an informed decision. Yelp says 1-Star means "Eek! Methinks not."...I would have to agree. read more

All the buns were cold didn't even have poppy seed. The food was never restocked unless asked. No silverwear was available to eat the ice cream and worst of all we waited in line for over 30 minutes and as soon as we go to the front they cut us off. Excuse me? But you cut off the line NOT the people who are next to order after waiting in the hot heat for last call. Didn't even announce it. Cheese wasn't even grilled and melted on the burgers. They were pretty much doing the very least as servers and bartenders. No point in wasting your money. read more

This is my second rooftop for watching a Cubs game and so far it's the best. This place was decked out and fancy compared to the other one I had been to on Waveland. First off the view is fantastic. You feel like you're sitting in the bleachers, but without the annoyances like drunks, expensive beer and losing your seat every time you have to pee. Walking in you're kindly greeted and then escorted up an elevator (the last place I went to had 4 flights of stairs *whew*!) And then it opened up onto a floor with dark wood and leather sofas. Already there was food lined up (pizza, Greek salads, fruit salad, etc) and bartenders eagerly awaiting our orders! And no cruddy beer here - hello Shiner!! Then you go out and up to see TWO outdoor sections both with bleachers. You can get out of the sun on the lower one and still see the game. There's a grill and another bar up top. The grill had veggie burger and hot dog options, as well as the standard fare. And if that wasn't enough, there were PASSED plates! That I really wasn't expecting. Pulled pork sandwiches and roast beef sandwiches delivered right to where you're sitting. Then the 7th inning stretch happens. No more beer, but more passed food! Brownies and microwaves Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! YUM! And upon leaving you get a lollipop and a big thank you. All-in-all this was way better than my first rooftop experience. I would recommend this one in a heart beat. Classy and polite staff and crew made a lot of difference. Oh, and there's TVs in the floors and in the bathrooms. WIN. read more

I have been to this rooftop several times and have never been disappointed. It has been updated with immaculate finishes. Even the bathroom has flat screen TV's in it. There are several floors to choose from, an inside bar area (wonderful granite bartop) stocked full with top shelf liquor and most common beers, serving pizza and salad. Another flloor with a terrace and an ice cream case. And a top floor with a grill to order food, hamburger, hot dogs, brats, etc. In addition the friendly staff is walking around serving food on a platter such as pulled pork, fresh baked cookies, etc. If you keep a lookout they have specials on groupon or their rates where you can get discount admission at around 75-90 a person. A good deal if you're going to do it up on the food and drinks. As well the outdoor seating area is nice and if it rains the staff is there to provide rain ponchos at no charge. read more

I was a guest of the Miller Brewing Company for the Sox/Cubs game on June12. It was also the first rooftop experience for this White Sox Season Ticket Holder. The view of the game wasnt the best(rooftop's location was south of the right field foul pole), but it was made up for by the excellt food and drink service. BTW, get the rib eye sandwich. kicks ass. Food was served throughout the game, and beer service ended at the bottom of the 7th. Plenty of spots to keep warm/dry during the rain, and easy in/out of the rooftop. I'd rather watch the Cubs on television in one of the Wrigleyville bars... I was here for a business outing/meeting/get together. Whereas 3639 is nicely updated inside, they do a terrific job serving food and drinks, they provide a venue that allows it easy to socialize, it's easy to get your food and drink, there's clean convenient bathrooms easily accessible (especially compared to the waiting lines in Wrigley Field) however, the 3639 rooftop arguably doesn't offer a very good view of the actual baseball game going on (the game field is pretty far away!). Isn't that the reason for going? To watch the game? So I'm not sure why people buy all the HYPE! The only thing good about 3639, and all the rooftops for that matter, is they get you down there "NEAR" to where all the action surrounding the ballpark. However, since you're only "near" the game, and you can't "really" watch the game live except on their TV monitors (think about this people, the rooftop seats are across the street from the "farthest" seats in the park, you can barely see the game from the farthest seats in the park (only the backs of the outfield players when sitting in the bleachers, and additionally, there's no chance to catch a home run ball!) let alone watching the game from across the street... So, why not just meet at a bar in the neighborhood and watch the game on their TV's? It'll save you some money!... Or just buy a ticket for inside the ballpark and sit in the back of the bleachers, you'll get a better view! Moreover, as far as the controversy surrounding the rooftop owners and the owners of Wrigley Field, it's hard to imagine a judicial system that would allow the owners of rooftops to block the progress of updating Wrigley Field with megatrons like every other MLB ballpark in the country owns... Sarcastically, I think they should tear down all the buildings between Wrigley Field and Lake Michigan (including 3639) so paid fans in the ballpark can get a better view of the lake (the view is blocked by the right field rooftop owners)... Rooftop owners are like vultures praying off the carcass of the cubs, I'll never intentionally come back here. Arguably, they've got nothing more to offer than a good Wrigelyville bar (or seats in the ballpark). Hence two stars! read more

This is how I will go to every Cubs game from now on! I won 2 tickets to the 3639 Wrigley Rooftop at a bridal expo. SO glad I did! The entrance is at the side of the building, where you line up til the doors open one hour prior to the game starting. You take an elevator up and there's a covered area with bleachers, a bar, food, lounge area, etc. Then there are stairs up to a few more levels with bleachers - but the best part is that this place is COMPLETELY wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair lifts up to EVERY level!!! Up on the rooftop, you have a perfect view of Wrigley - it's like you're right there. And 3639 plays the WGN radio broadcast of the game so that you can hear what's going on while you're watching it. Behind the bleachers are a few tables with umbrellas, and down below is another bar and food stand. There are also employees walking around with more food - because ALL your food and drinks are included in your ticket price! I think I'm kind of in love with this place :) read more

Located beyond Wrigley left field. Giant Nuveen advertising sign installed on the Cubs bleachers in front of this building creates a partial view from the balcony below the rooftop. The view from the metal benches on top of the building is OK. If you're hoping for a quick getaway after the game, this is not the best choice. It was far enough from the Addison El stop that most of the stadium had emptied onto the sidewalks by the time we got down the stairs and around the outfield. It took us nearly an hour to get from rooftop to the Red Line. read more

We had a work outing in June and I was happy to hear we were going to 3639 Wrigley Rooftop. I'd never been to any of the rooftops around Wrigley Field and I was excited to check it out. 3639 Wrigley Rooftop is a multi-level building with many different features. The 1st floor is the main entrance. Actually the 1st and 2nd floors are also private residences. The 3rd floor is a fully enclosed area with multiple bars and all different food and snacks and seating where ever you turned. The 4th floor was partially covered, but still pretty open to the elements. The 5th floor was just restrooms and an area where you could get made-to-order grilled sandwiches (burgers and dogs, etc). The 6th floor was like the 4th, covered, but open. The 7th floor was the "sun roof." The reason I tell you all this is because unfortunately on the day of our work outing the weather took a turn for the worse. It was about 40 degrees outside, raining and very windy. So, usually this building holds 250 people inside and outside, on all levels, but on that day, they were all trying to jam into the enclosed 3rd floor, where you couldn't even see the game! It was fun to get out of the office and check out the rooftops, but this was not the ideal situation. Butts to nuts inside or freeze your ass off outside! I hope work decides to do this again next year and I hope the weather is better. I think rooftops are probably a really fun day, just not this day exactly! At least the Cubs won! read more

Went to a Friday afternoon cubs game along with some co-workers. This was my first rooftop party so I don't really have much to compare it to, but overall we had a great time. The view from the seats was great. We spent most of our time by the bar and inside the air conditioning, as the cubs were already losing (surprise surprise). The staff was great, super friendly and quick service. They had a nice assortment of beer and wine choices. The food was just ok. I had a hot dog and was really looking forward to the root beer floats and ice cream sundae bar listed on the menu. Wandered around for a bit trying to find the aforementioned sweet treats, and finally asked the bartender, who said they didn't have either of those today. Bummer. Had they been there, this would have been a five star review. read more

Came here for a work event while on a Midwest tour, and have come away completely amazed. Wrigley has a rich history, but it is not a very comfortable place to enjoy a top-flight baseball experience, especially if you're in a large group. 3639 takes the best from the plans of luxury box setups and couples them with fantastic seating and a brilliant view, and wraps it in all-inclusive customer service (including being able to handle guests' luggage if we were so unwise to show up with it). The food was exceptional and non-stop, and the drinks available every time you turned around. If you're going early in the season, you'll appreciate the downstairs sections, but the rooftop bleachers are where you want to be. I look forward to coming back here, and strongly suggest you give it a try too. read more

We went to the Sheffield Rooftop for the Cubs Game. This rooftop is sponsored by Goose Island, so prepare yourself for delicious delicious beer! My favorite Goose Island beer was definitely there - Cubbie Blue! This is a delectable mix of blueberries and Amber Ale. Delish! They also had specialty Goose Island drafts of every varietal. Moving on to the Food, which was way better than your average stadium food: 1) Pub Burger - Perfect blend of everything you could ever want for an original cheeseburger. 2) Pub Chips - There is a hint of BBQ in these chips, but soooo addicting and delicious. 3) Falafel - A bit dry to be honest, but perhaps this is because I have recently been promoted to falafel diva?? 4) Pasta Salad - I must be nuts but I LOVED this! In fact, I had three servings. Yes I eat a lot. It wasn't completed doused in Italian dressing, more of a hint of olive oil and all the ingredients in a normal pasta salad. The celery was actually crunchy, which I feel like usually gets soggy in most pasta salads. This was an A+ in my book. 5) Chicken Burger - Small, gourmet, and cute! 6) Desserts - ehhh, they seem like they came from Costco, a little too processed for my taste. All in all, this was the best food I've had at a cubs game! =) read more

In my opinion, this is the best rooftop there is! The food selection is awesome, the folks there were really nice and helpful and they also have a great vegetarian selection...veggie dogs and burgers, lots of fruit, cheese and veggie, awesome desserts! But I'm not a vegetarian, so I ate a lot of meat. Burgers and hot dogs and Italian Beef and Pizza and salad and ice cream and so much stuff! They had a great deal on Groupon that I took advantage of, but it was absolutely worth full price! The food was good, the people were unbelievable nice, the view was great, the game was fun and I encourage anyone seeking the rooftop experience to come here! read more

My sales team went here as a present from one of our vendors and it was amazing, considering that I have never seen a baseball game before live. It was a clear night, great seats and good free beer. The catered food was great and again, free beer. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and ample bathroom, which I found key. I don't even think I want to see a game in the stadium because I want to go to the rooftop again. You are guaranteed a great time. read more

Such an amazing experience for my first visit to Wrigleyville. It was like being in a luxury suite! When you arrive, you wonder where the entrance is. It's a narrow walkway on the right side of the building. Inside is a lobby where you're greeted and given your pass. Up two flights of stairs and you'll find a sports bar like set-up that even has a tv in the floor! Before the game, they served pulled pork sandwiches and italian beef sandwiches. Beers, drink as many as you can. Premiums like Heineken and Amstel were included in the price. Up another flight of stairs is the rooftop, the grandstand that you would see on the TV shot is another flight of stairs above that, which means you have a retreat from the sun on the hot day without needing to go inside. The seats up top were stadium style seats. They did seem wider than the seats inside the ballpark. There were flat screen TVs attached to the side of the grandstand structure, but with the bright sunshine, they were difficult to see. The audio from WGN was very helpful though. Behind the grandstand is the grill. They will quickly heat up your choice of burger, dog or brat. Noting fancy, but also nothing you'd be ashamed to serve at a BBQ with friends. Throughout the game, the staff came through the grandstand with more of those italian beef sandwiches for those inclined. Before reserving at another rooftop, checkout what kind of seating they have. The rooftop to the left had the same kind of seating as 3639, but the rooftop to the right had the aluminum bleachers you'd see your HS football stadiums and on a hot day would be miserable. Getting to see a game from the 3639 rooftop was an absolute delight. They totally exceeded my expectations and I would come back on future trips to Chicago. read more

We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at 3639 Wrigley Rooftop. We had an amazing experience with Steve Alexander and his staff from the beginning planning stages through to the night of the big event. Everyone was very helpful and attentive to our every need! The food was very good and plentiful, no one went home hungry! The setting was warm and inviting and something our guests still talk about. Let me start by saying, I don't understand baseball at all. But what I do understand is hotdogs, burgers and beer. The rooftops are always great to bring friends from out of town or celebrate anything really. I went this week and was incredibly impressed. Sometimes the food at rooftops sucks but the burger and hot dog were on point. Lines were not long for drinks or food. A lot of space depending on your reason for being there. Rooftop obviously gives you the best view with traditional stadium seats and also tall boys for the casual drinkers, aka me. Second level had multiple tables and bars for the social butterflies who don't care about watching the game live but want to feast on the food (again, me). Super fun experience and the rooftop was a great location and view. read more
