The guys on the crew were efficient and fun, and Jim's skill backing those moving vans into tight spots is uncanny. They broke my $500 bedframe (and spent a long time loudly argued about telling me), and offered me a pathetic $40 discount for it because I could "fix it with tape", which is both incorrect and insulting. While unpacking I've noticed several other problems such as stains on the couch, damage to two cabinets, and they didn't hook up my adjustable base. I haven't had a chance to check out everything, and I'm especially dreading having to lift a large TV somehow by myself because they left it on the floor.
