We called four different places to get estimates, and a timeline of when the hot water heater can be replaced, and most places were WAY over priced and couldn't even have a replacement done until after Christmas. Luckily, Jack was super prompt about calling me back, AND when he came out and gave the estimate (which was extremely reasonable) we said he could have the new hot water heater installed the next day. Skip ahead to today... install went amazingly, and Jack and his crew did such an amazing job that we will be having him replace our other hot water heater in a few months.
