Mechanic was great, he took a look at my fans and fixed a poor connection to my outdoor ring light and was able to diagnose my ceiling fan issue. However, the entire purpose of getting a diagnosis and a quote was so I can send this information as PROOF out to my electric company to get reimbursed for the electrical fuse damage. I've called multiple times since then to ask if they can send me the quote I had originally requested and a break down of expenses. They're now ignoring my calls and have NOT responded to ANY of my voicemails. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't think I was asking for much for this particular company to send me an email of the break down of expenses and promised quote to get fans fixed.
