I will list a few things to consider: 1) Their salesman, Marley, will NEVER accept responsibility for mistakes his company made. He is also the worlds, worst listener. 2) The made a mistake on my installation and wanted to charge me $800 to fix their mistake! They do NOT stand behind their work! 3) They do NOT have a license to install HVAC systems in Florida. Their license was revoked, 06/30/1992. You can look it up at MyFloridaLicense.com. 4) I had to pay $700 to fix their faulty installation. 5) Since they are unlicensed, they CANNOT file for a Building Permit, although they did try to charge me $700 to do it. I had to file for my own permit and fix the issues myself. 6) Their faulty installation cost me dozens and dozens of hours of fruitless aggravation after allowing Broward Air Conditioning to install my new HVAC system. Update as of 3/1/24:…read more One thing to keep in mind which I did not know; if you ever become a client of Zofe and ever need repairs for any reason they have a minimum baseline charge of $1,500. So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.

At 9 years 51 weeks we had a leak, 1st time. Once we tried to initiate a claim post water leak in…read moregarage we were told we failed to provide pictures pre & post yearly roof cleaning. I guess we missed that in the contract so beware. 10 year warranty VOID. We had cracked tiles replaced both by Allied one time, and another vendor once they were slow to respond and were more expensive. Yet another gotcha on warranty, so again in order to get the 10 year warranty you need to take pre and post pics prior to yearly cleaning and only use them or get their approval for a simple task like replacing cracked tiles, not roof repairs, but simple tile replacement. All along there was little interest in understanding or addressing the leak, Fix the Blame not the problem. They are indeed correct, I missed the gotchas on the contract, yet the lack of concern for a customer with an aggressive leak who never had a claim until week 51 of year 9 on a 10 year warranty is a concern. They did offer a quote for the repairs, NO site visit they were offering a quote based on 2 pics we sent them, I chose to pass, I advise all to do the same. If they truly believed the leak was from broken tiles they would not offer a quote from pics. They know the valley where garage and roof join is vulnerable, hence the 10 WARRANTY.
