He walked me through EVERYTHING, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Amazing customer service. When they came to our condominium in Miami Beach, they cleaned all four hallways SO well that all the odor and mold (good or not that bad) were gone, and the test was clear (we did a post-remediation verification test with a 3rd party). It was also done quickly, and we didn't even have to vacate the premises. I HIGHLY recommend the VODA company. So happy about my choice. Will recommend to others and other condos here in Miami Beach. They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. I truly appreciate companies that tell you what you DON'T need as much as what you do need!

He even came by to check in on things and answer any questions after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend and work with again.

He says he's been in business 15 years also a lie I looked him up on sunbiz. He claims to have multiple offices and then I found out he only has 1. It's complete deception from the very beginning. I should have done my research on this company before hiring them. The planning of my small job was very poor, zero communication of details that I didn't know what was going to take place, my whole experience with Cat 1 and the owner Jay Cooper was very aggravating and a nightmare. There wasn't any explanation on how the charge of my job will be done. No rate sheet was given to me. The owner Jay charged me for a lot of things that wasn't done on the job, when I called him to dispute the extra charges he was very rude and demanded that I pay the bill that he typed out or he threatened to put a lien on my house for any unpaid services. My end result of the job left me with a lot of half ass work performed. There wasn't any attention to detail of work performed but I was charged for numerous ridiculous amounts for poor quality work done. I want this place to be out of business for good so Jay the owner can't screw over anymore honest everyday hardworking people like myself. My advice is get an Adjuster and don't deal with this scammer.
