The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents, and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3" collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard. Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night. Please feel free to share my review of your company and I will be posting it in yelp and google. Thank you again for your attention to detail and pride shown with a beautiful job.

The work his company does has always been impeccable and that's why I'm going to be calling him for the fourth time. I felt the need to write this because it is beyond me what I'm reading right now as I know none of it is true. Every bit of it sounds so calculated and repetitive as if it's all coming from the same person. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. He has now damaged my house. I asked for them to fix it or pay for damages. I understand I am selling the house, but it's STILL MY HOME until papers are signed. It now could cost me a sale because of him ripping a part of my house. I have had other inspections on other houses, and everyone would point out issues but not destroy my property or someone else's. For them not to own up to what they have done is unbelievable and unprofessional, they tried saying that it just fell off when he touched it. But that's not possible when we pressure wash and touch up spots and nothing fell off, so why when Joe comes to your house, pieces magically fell off? My realtor the nices person you can meet couldn't stand the attitude that Joe had when he was at the house and then for him to do this, she has already told me she will make sure all her clients will not have them us this company. The company now is trying to find all the places I put a review to try covering there, but since I told them will write a review and contact BBB. Please do your research before hiring people around your home. Even tho I had no control of this because I'm trying to sell. But even if I was purchasing the house and saw what he did, I would be upset that he now torn up your future home, witch there nor suppose to do, there suppose to point out and take pictures. But for Joe, being the owner, he shouldn't have attitude coming to a job and being rude to everyone at the inspection.

Many years ago, I used G&J Painting (John Silva and Guillermo Silva are the owners) for the outside…read moreof my house, and I was satisfied with the result. When it came time to paint the inside of my house, since they did a satisfactory job on the outside, I decided to use them for the inside as well. BIG MISTAKE! Painting the outside of the house was much easier and faster than the inside as they sprayed the outside. When it came to the inside of the house, they rolled, and that takes a lot more skill and preparation, both of which they lacked. There were three main issues/problems with the project: 1. G&J Painting damaged the header box/headrail of one of my expensive Hunter Douglas window coverings, which cannot be replaced as the fabric color is no longer available. They dripped gray paint onto white fabric, and instead of gently removing it, they attempted to "scrub" it off, totally damaging the fabric on the header box/headrail, as shown in the picture provided. 2. They did not tape any areas whatsoever. For example, where one color was used for the wall (grey) and another for the ceiling (white), they should have used tape to separate the colors, but did not. Instead, they attempted to paint freehand, and as you can see, the grey wall paint ended up on the ceiling because there was no straight line created by the tape. Tape was not used and should have been. This was an issue in many locations within the house. 3. They were careless and messy and dripped paint on furniture covers, office furniture, and other places, as shown in the pictures. Based on the above three issues, I will never use G&J Painting again and recommend that you don't either!!

Which he then told me I could go to the building department and get the number. Then almost 4 years later I find out he did not wind rate my garage door. There's a windcode sticker on the door but I guess that wasn't good enough on top of it I recently provided him with what the building department had. His response " I have no way to know whether the information you provided is correlated to the door actually/physically installed at the subject property at the time of inspection" he had no idea of the permit number I provided him for my roof either how is that for a contradiction. Why not ask me to see if the building department has any information on my garage door he needed at inspection? , Since he doesn't do it himself ? Anyways I probably missed out on insurance deductions.

You can use this review to include my issues listed here as bullet points for your next inspection. I spent more the US 7,000 to fix several things that - if I knew upfront - would prevent me to buy the home in the first place. - Bathroom 1 had a broken bathtub drain beyond repair and a leaking old toilet, what leaded me to remove the old bathtub and toilet and renovate the whole thing. - Bathroom 2 had another broken toilet and a plastic shower floor detaching from the ground and causing leaking. Full of mold too. I needed to renovate this unit too. - Electrical system was poorly wired and loads were not properly balanced, making the circuit breaker trip every single time I have to much stuff on. Several code violations too. It cost me a lot to fix this. - A/C ducts were full with mold, dust and debris, making my wife and daughter sick 1 month after we moved on. - Dishwasher was broken and leaking dirty water. - Several power outlets were not working, even after the inspector report said they were. That's it.
