I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can use my name and number anytime for a referral Thanks again Bobby B 11/16/2021

I told my plumber I think that there is water underneath the vanity as I smelled something. We contacted water damage clean. Kevin came and spoke to me and advised me to get this dried out. The hightlight of this experience was Mr.Angel Solis. This was the most polite gentleman who I ever met. He was so accommodating in checking on the amount of water that was being extracted. He did not remove all the machines at one time because he stated you still have water and it needs to be totally removed. It is terrible but most people or service providers only render mediocre service. If you call this company for service DEMAND ANGEL BE YOUR SERVICE TECH. If I owned a business I surely would steal this worker from this company. He is also extremely knowledgeable, bright, intelligent and needs to go up this ladder fast or another company is going to take him away. Yours truly Gale S. Levine R.N.

When the tech called his boss to get a price, I was quoted $1825.00 to run a dehumidifier for 2 days. The cost by most companies is no higher than $150 per day. Luckily, we had a dehumidifier, purchased at Home Depot for $199.00

They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time.
