Today Sept. 23 2021, I decided to start the process once more, and had the good fortune of hearing about J&J. I called them at 4:24 PM (today) to discuss my issue and was greeted by Tiffany who in less than 15 minutes was able to clearly understand my problem and how we could start taking action to resolve my matter. She immediately suggested a course of action with a commitment to get back to me before close of business (same day results). At 5:03 PM (less than 1 hour later) I received a call back from Tiffany with a strategy and plan on how to resolve my issue, along with an email containing initial documentation supporting her strategy. Further to this exceptional experience, she was able to give me some rough cost estimate that are significantly more competitive to everyone else I have spoken to. (and wasted my time with). I needed a new survey done asap in order to recoup the money we were overcharged. Googled "boca raton elevation certificate" and WrightPSM was there front and center. I called three other companies, one asked for my credit card up front (no way) and the other two were out of town high quotes and slow turnaround time. WrightPSM came out on short notice and beat everyone's price love doing business with South Florida owned and operated businesses. Thanks WrightPSM for hooking me up in a pinch I highly recommend them for any land surveying needs.

So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.

And Shauna arranged property marking, installation and permit inspection. They are like an orchestra of top-notch musicians. I'm beyond impressed. Brian is easy-going and smart. He was organized and presented options to us so we could maximize the waterview portion of our backyard and block our neighbors' view from the rest of the space. He was detail-oriented to help us consider gate types, layout and City requirements (like fence height). The price was right and totally worth it. Juan is smart - period. We just had the floor around our pool extended and he had to consider how to best install the fence. He did a great job and it looks great! There wasn't one piece of trash or installation debris in the backyard. And the fence line is straight - unlike our neighbor's new fence. (Our neighbor's fence also failed initial inspection because it was too high and they had to buy sod to stick under the fence bottom to pass inspection - our fence passed inspection without any need to make modifications or add sod.) Shauna has her stuff together and she's very nice. I want to hug her. She cares about the business and it shows. She made sure her company and its employees were accountable. She drove the project to a timely, successful completion. I could not ask for more. We talked to A LOT of fence companies and I believe we hired the BEST. Other fence companies only give you warranty if you hang a sign with their name on your fence - what kind of BS is that? I spoke to one fence company owner who was trying to find a home for metal sheets. And then there was the guy who answered the phone and then gave me a hard time because he was eating lunch - I swear to you. One company had a sample on display at the Home Show but didn't know what it was, what it cost or when they'd get more. Just bizarre. Atanda is a ROCK STAR compared to these companies.
