I have used many realtors in the past but believe me, nobody comes close to the way Tiffany handles things. This is the realtor you want on your side to get you the best deal and deal with everyone else. She keeps you informed of everything and is always available. The way I describe her to the people I recommend her to: she's a pitbull. She knows what she's doing and takes no crap from anyone. This is the type of person you definitely want on your side. Her husband Omar is the marketing genius. He's also a realtor and works behind the scenes with Tiffany to get your house ready for show. He takes the photos (which truly are completely outstanding) and sets up a landing webpage for you to share with the world. He makes sure that your house gets the maximum exposure and his work was evident by the timely sell of my house. The house was under contract under 3 days! I couldn't be happier with the results of this difficult process that is to sell a house and buy another contingent to the sell. Tiffany and her team handled everything very efficiently and kept us at ease while she battled everything behind the scenes. I honestly can say that no other realtor would've done a better job and we are super thankful for Tiffany.

My experience working with my realtor, Rubin milshtein, during the purchase of my condominium was…read morenot what I expected, and I encourage prospective buyers to conduct thorough due diligence before making a purchase. During the transaction, Rubin referred me, during my first viewing of the property, to the president of the condominium association. He was not present during the showing. The association president showed me the unit and discussed the plumbing work that would need to be completed before I could begin my planned renovation, as well as other matters related to the unit, including permits and financial issues. At the time, I was not aware that the association president and my realtor were in a personal relationship, nor that both had served in leadership roles within the condominium association for several years or if the other party was an agent as well. I only learned about their relationship after purchasing the property. Had I known this information beforehand, I would have asked additional questions and evaluated the transaction differently. Based on the information I received during the purchase process from the association president, who had been referred to me by my realtor to explain the plumbing work before my planned renovation, I understood that the work would be relatively straightforward. Instead, shortly after closing, I encountered significant building-related plumbing work behind the walls of my unit. Although the permitting process was ultimately completed in approximately four months later, I was initially informed that the work could extend from March through September because of financial issues on the building's side. During this period, my unit was left without a functioning toilet, sink, or running water due to the building-related plumbing work, preventing me from using the property as I had expected when I purchased it and delaying my renovation for months as I couldn't put a toilet on the risers conditions. Throughout this period, my realtor, Rubin was aware that I was dealing with these issues and the ongoing impact they were having on my ability to use my property. He also served on the condominium association's board during this time. I also learned after purchasing the property that demolition work had previously been performed in my unit before the sale. As a result of issues related to that work and its permitting status, I was later required to pay for a portion of the demolition-related costs and incurred additional expenses, including municipal fines extras. This was another unexpected issue that affected my experience as a purchaser and Rubin and the president of the board mentioned they did it themselves with the previous owner of the unit. This review reflects my personal experience and is based on my own observations and communications during the transaction. I am sharing this information to describe my experience and encourage future buyers to independently verify the condition of the property, ask detailed questions about any ongoing or anticipated building infrastructure projects, carefully review the condominium association's records and financial information, and document the answers they receive before closing. Even when conducting due diligence, I believe it is important to independently verify the information provided throughout the transaction. My experience reinforced the importance of making purchasing decisions with a complete understanding of the property's condition, any relationships that could present a potential conflict of interest, and any issues that may affect the property's use.

Dealing with this listing agent was by far the worst experience of my life when it comes to real…read moreestate and I used to be an agent myself but no longer hang my license anywhere so it's beyond me he even has a job! My husband and I went to see the property for his mother and her boyfriend for multiple reasons. With COVID-19 on the rise she didn't feel comfortable going to a tenant occupied listing to avoid the chances of contracting the virus. She also doesn't speak much English and lives in Coconut Grove so it's a hike to get there! We currently live in Boca raton which is about 15 minutes from there so everything was perfect, until we met Harry! We showed up with a former coworker (active agent) who got us the showing and Harry was late. When he arrived he seemed pleasant so we went inside. We took a tour of the house and made a video to send my mother-in-law to see if she was at all interested. She was ready to make an offer after discussing with her boyfriend so I helped her prepare the paperwork that day. Being that I know what I'm doing when it comes to real estate, being a former agent myself, I reached out to Harry with a completed Zumper report, completed lease agreement and proof of income explaining our friend requested the showing and ran the reports as a favor and that I would be happy to have the full commission paid to Harry as he wouldn't be considered the listing agent and the realtor since we weren't actually going through anyone to submit the offer for my MIL. He was very grateful and excited to hear. Two days later I texted to confirm he received everything because I had NOT heard from him. He said he did and that he had some questions. I called him and it was all downhill from there!!! First he asked me how I was looking for my MIL when it appeared we were in the same age range (30's) and I kindly said maybe the handwriting isn't clear or you're reading the wrong contract cause she's about to be 50. Hr apologized and then said well would I be able to meet "this mother-I-law of yours and her boyfriend? I said not a problem. Then he said he would review everything again and get back to me. He called me back asking why my MIL doesn't show much income, which quite frankly is none of his fucking business because her boyfriend makes $125k a year as a base salary on a rental property listed at $2800 a month. That's more than 3x the monthly rent which is required. The credit minimum had to be 680 and hers is 772 so yet another requirement met beyond its needs. I then get a text later that day saying the following.... copied and pasted from my iPhone! "I don't know why you & your husband pretended to be looking to rent the house for yourself but submitted an offer yourself for someone other people I don't need to know why, this offer is DENIED" I then asked if he would prefer to have a deal submitted through my lawyer and shortly after I was ignored and blocked! This guy is not only a terrible realtor but a terrible person in general and I do NOT recommend working with him.

My wife and had been planning to sell our home and find a larger home for a long time. We were…read moreworried about so many different aspects of the process like getting a fair price for our home, finding the perfect new home and of course the fear of selling and buying simultaneously. We debated hiring a realtor because of the costs associated with it. Now that it's all done, I can honestly say that hiring Brett was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Brett found the most ideal home for us almost immediately. It was the 2nd house we looked at. It checked every box, location, neighborhood, schools, land, square footage and price. We received a cash offer within a short period and had a smooth, easy closing on selling our home. Unfortunately, the seller of the home (Tracy Jaffy) was beyond difficult, the seller's realtor (Pam Bielory) was even worse. She was self-proclaimed the "world's worst realtor". Between the seller and the realtor, they really made the process as stressful and difficult as humanely possible. All I can say is THANK GOD we had Brett. It turned out there were multiple liens on the property. Brett got that taken care of quickly. The inspection showed some serious issues and the seller dragged her feet fixing them right up until the last minute. Brett was relentless and worked his tail off to force them to be fixed. Even after all of his hard work, some of the issues that were said to be fixed were still unresolved at closing. Throughout the process, Brett pounced on every problem. He made himself available 24/7. He always answered his phone regardless of the time of day or night. He fiercely negotiated on our behalf and was able to reduce the sale price by $70,000. During the final walkthrough, we found the home in deplorable condition. The seller ripped all the light fixtures and tv mounts off the walls leaving gaping holes. She clipped the chandeliers off the ceilings leaving a half inch on the wires. She stole furniture that was supposed to stay. She even took the pool brush and net. The biggest problem was her failure to install shutters over the back door which was required by our homeowners insurance which left me scrambling to replace the back door with a hurricane rated door at the last minute to avoid our insurance lapsing. Even though the seller and her realtor were unbelievably difficult, Brett pulled through and reduced our stress and the cost of the home, which we are forever grateful for. At the end of it all, even after closing Brett surprised us with a beautiful gift basket with several bottles of the most expensive champagne and other goodies. Also, Brett was able to get the stolen furniture delivered back to us. I would like to say thank you again to Brett Vlasek for a job well done and will be referring everyone I know to him.
