She screamed at me and said that's not their policy. I said then I want my money back she said I can't do that. I left very upset. The next day my husband and I went back. We literally took 2 steps in the door and she screamed at me and said I told you yesterday that I couldn't do anything for you . My husband said the receipt said we had 7 days she retorted THAT'S NOT OUR POLICY ! We all started hollering and she said we were in her personal space and she was calling the sheriff. We were on the other side of the counter! She kept repeating this so we left. THIS is customer service ? This girl needs to be fired! We will never go back to the Fairborn store again. We've talked to another Cricket store on Wilmington and that nice young man said he will do anything we need. By the way we are elderly people. She really does need to be FIRED !!!

There's a gazebo and a swing that makes things feel evening a little romantic. Also, how fun is it to see deer everywhere? My little boy loves the playground near the main parking lot. I'm sure he will be happy to explore the other two playgrounds that this park features. The only downsides? Very little shade, wandering skunks and no swings for the kiddos.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING IF YOUR CONSIDERING DOING ANY BUSINESS HERE!I have gone to Tippecanoe and…read moreKayaks Too twice. The first time I went was for my dad's 50th birthday with about an 11 person party. We arrive that day and the bus for our trip runs over an hour late to take us to the start point when they did there was a soccer tournament going on at the drop off point so we all had to drag our kayaks a good distance across multiple soccer field areas to start our trip. When we talked to the staff about our experience they told us the owner would reach out to us then he didn't and we called him asking him to give us a call then he still didn't. Hoping that was just a bad day for them I decided to try this place one more time with a smaller group of me, my boyfriend and my dog. During our trip our canoe flipped about .25 miles from end of the trip when my boyfriend moved to grab something out of the bag we brought. Once we flipped we tried flipping the canoe back over but their canoes don't have plugs to let the water held in the boat back out so the boat started to sink which we were holding onto to help us float in heavy current water that was about 15 ft deep. We were saved by people who don't work for the company who were fishing off to the side after about 8 minutes of us floating down the river. They thankfully had kayaks to come save us and our dog. After we were recused they attempted calling tippecanoe multiple times with no answer so they kayaked to the end to finally get a worker to help rescue us. As the staff got us to the landing area they were immediately only concerned about their money. Absolutely not their traumatized customers who lost all their personal belongings and almost so much more than that. I highly recommend if you care for your safety to not do business here as they have zero staff along the river to ensure you don't drown in the very possible situation like Green Acres and many other local Kayaking places do. Attached are photos of their email response to my trip (also asked them to call me and only got an email saying this) and my response back to that email. I have never left a review I had to make an account to even do this but after my experience with this company I would hate for anyone to experience a similar situation or worse one because of the neglect and unawareness of this company.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The 5-mile was a lot of fun. Nice e kayaks as well.read more

They were suppose to replace the roof and interior damage due to a leak and were paid over 10k from my insurance company and over 4k from me. Adam Bond will pretend to be on your side and suck you into agreeing to repairs in addition to those the insurance company paid for to prevent future problems. The service manager, Rob, is very disrespectful and rude. I even sought the help of the general manager ,Conner, and he did get some of the items addressed but not all. They had our travel trailer for over 16 months and did not do the repairs in the manor they agreed to with myself or the insurance company. NEVER take your equipment there for repairs!!!

We worked with the sales team to negotiate a deal that included trading in two campers. A trade-in value was provided without the dealership physically seeing the campers, which I understand is common and subject to adjustment after inspection. However, at no point during negotiations were we told that the inspection would be used to systematically reduce the agreed value through itemized deductions. We made a two-hour trip one way to deliver the first camper, a 2017 model. Prior to delivery, we were upfront with the salesman about its condition, including a tear in the couch and the fact that we had already ordered replacement awning fabric. We fully cleaned out the camper and delivered it on Tuesday morning. After that, we spent the next two days cleaning out the second camper in preparation for delivering it as well. Anyone who owns a camper knows how time-consuming that process is--you don't realize how much stuff you have until you have to unload it. On Thursday evening, we received a message from the sales manager stating that the camper was "too old" and would need to be wholesaled, resulting in a $5,500 reduction from the originally quoted trade-in value. We were sent a list of appraisal deductions, many of which were for issues we had already disclosed before delivery, along with a few additional minor items. What bothers me most is that the dealership was fully aware of the camper's age from the start. It is difficult to believe that its age or wholesale status came as a surprise only after we made a long trip and delivered it. In my opinion, this felt like a calculated strategy: offer a strong trade value to encourage us not to sell privately, get us excited about the new camper, and then reduce the trade significantly once we were invested and had already put in the time and effort. I do appreciate that they contacted us before we made another two-hour trip to deliver the second camper, but that doesn't change the overall experience. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch approach--no different than a car salesman letting you take a vehicle home overnight to make it harder to walk away the next day. I knew better, and that's the most disappointing part. This experience reinforced exactly why so many people distrust dealership trade-in practices.
