Listen, this was easily the most PAINLESS purchase I have made in my entire life. The staff here is so amazing. I pulled in on my lunch break back in October. I told them what I liked and with zero hesitation, they tossed me the keys to 3 different trucks. Zero pressure. I came back, told them what I liked and that I had to head back to work immediately. They were so cool and laid back, and didn't press me at all for info or anything. I asked how long it would take to draw up paperwork and no shit, I had a new F350 in 15 mins. I've never had a car sales experience so pleasant in my life. I came back to switch vehicles after work and they offered to drive my old one home for me. This crew is awesome. Once brought a truck here to get the U-Joint worked on. They parked my truck in their parking lot, not gated lot. When I went to pick up the car, the catalytic converter had been expertly cut out. They did not notify me, they did not notify law enforcement, barely apologized for the massive inconvenience, offered no help or restitution and charged me full price for the work done. Weird that no other cars in the lot got "hit". I would rather push my truck down 97 than ever take a vehicle here again. read more

I have been struggling with getting my car fixed because of the Warranty Company not giving me approval. My car needed an engine, and I had the good fortune to get Penny to help me in service department. I think she is an angel...!!! I am 72 years old and having to deal with all this was really hard on me. Penny has worked so hard with the Warranty Company to approve this fix. She is always so sweet and kind to make sure I had a loaner each time I brought my car into Wright Auto. Well finally today I am getting my car fixed. It has been a rough 6 months but thanks to the fight from Penny, I will have my car running again. I should say the entire service team is wonderful and I highly recommend them. Called today to get an appointment to look at our 2023 Ford Mach-E, and was asked if our car has been seen at their location previously. When we said it has not, we were told they weren't seeing any vehicles that haven't been seen by them before. Instead they referred us to another dealership to get service work performed. I can understand if a dealership is busy and service appointments are pushed out, but to simply deny allowing a Ford to be brought in to be serviced under warranty makes zero sense from a big picture business perspective. Wonder what Ford National thinks of dealership behavior like this. read more

Saved our vacation! We had a Highway brake down. Wright Ford helped us find a tow truck and then looked at our truck that day and diagnosed the problem. Then found the part and we were back on the road. The other dealers in the area said it would be weeks to get our truck serviced. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Wright Ford and in the process of servicing the vehicle, they damaged all four of my wheels. I attempted to contact them and received no return phone call. I called again and brought the vehicle down so they could see the damage. The owner and service manager were who I dealt with and they were extremely rude. They did not even introduce themselves when they came out to my vehicle then they refused to do anything about the damage they caused. The conversation ended with them both just walking away dismissively. HORRIBLE customer service and I do not recommend letting them touch your vehicle. read more

Was out of town and needed help with my 2015 F150. Something was up with the throttle body. (Truck has 57k and is a platinum edition). They had a cancelation at 3pm. Drove down dropped truck off. I was staying in Sunriver 35 minute drive one way. Got a call they couldn't identify the fault and nothing seems to be the matter though the truck had faulted to me 4x. Nothing was in the computer diagnose and the tech drove it and didn't find anything wrong with it they said. Though again it was idling rough. Drove back picked up truck. Was able to make it home to Portland with no other faults. Took it to Landmark Ford, where they plugged the diagnose computer into the truck and didn't even have to drive it and found the fault was stored showing the throttle had stuck and they couldn't reset so they are replacing it. Obviously this tech wanted to go home and didn't care about customers. Glad nothing happened on the way home. Stay away from this place. read more

Horrible Service! I just bought a pickup from a dealer out of town and realized when I got home the rear defroster in the window was damaged. I stopped here because they are my local dealer and it looked like a warranty issue. Long story short they said this was damaged on purpose (not sure why anyone would do that) and they would not warranty it. The service person was very rude and I felt very disappointed in my local dealer. Went to Prineville and totally different experience. They did some checking and warranty covered the damage window. They were nice and genuinely cared about my concerns. It's a shame not everyone understands what "costumer service" actually means anymore! read more

Took our car in for service. No one wearing the mandated mask, except customers. After getting home, I called and talked to the owner who said that his employees are required to wear them, even though he was not wearing one either. He said he would talk to his employees. Then I discovered that we had an oil leak that was result of drained oil pooling on the skid plate. Had to return it and still no one wearing masks. If the owner has no concerns for his customers, I'm finding a different place to service out two vehicles. read more

Our vehicle was dropped off at Wright Ford on September 28, because it was overheating. When my husband called to schedule the appointment the night before, they told him that they could have looked at it that day, but to bring it in the next day, which we did. They didn't look at it for over a week - we know, because we called twice during that time and were told as much. Once they finally looked at it, we were told it was the water pump, and should be done by October 12. The 12th came and went, then the 13th. On the 14th, I called. Brandon told me it was done the day before, but that he was really behind doing all the paperwork and so I could pick up after 4. When we picked up, the service was lackluster, but whatever. When we got in the truck, the "Change Engine Oil" light was on (and had not been), and I would think most places would have called to see if we'd like it done (since it had already been there so long), but not Wright Ford. On top of this, they told us a total price without regard to our warranty ("how did I miss that?"). My husband spoke to Brandon again today about the experience, and he assured us that they stand behind their "high level of customer satisfaction " and that they "can't make everyone happy". I don't know how many people can just leave their vehicle for 16 days (we're fortunate that we can), and to do so without communication about it from the dealer is ridiculous. We were told at one point not to call because they would let us know when it was ready...that's crazy. With what I pay for that vehicle, I could have towed it to Prineville to the dealership there, had it fixed and brought back in a third of the time, with twice as much communication, for less expense. I recommend anyone reading this do THAT, and not trust Wright Ford with your service work. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Recently moved to Central Oregon and went in today with my new Bronco to see about getting 5-10k of work done, adding winch, new bumpers, etc... They really don't know much about the Bronco and turned me down, saying they didn't want to deal "with that can of worms". Put simply, they don't have the expertise or knowledge at this dealership to do anything that isn't basic and on a 10+ year old vehicle. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a vehicle there for over 90 days waiting for a back ordered part, and after several calls by myself following up with the service department, they said it would be done and ready to pick up. Went to pick the vehicle up and and the transmission was making a horrendous noise and shifting hard. Turned around and went back. Left it with them over the weekend, went and picked back up and same problem persists!!! Called the service department again and and they told me to go somewhere else because they weren't going to invest anymore time on it because they could not get it to duplicate the same problem. I've had 3 people including myself drive the vehicle and ALL have experienced the same problem. Funny they can't seem too!!!! ONE of the people that drove it for me is a MASTER TECH!!!! read more

Stay away from this crooked, spineless, shop. Their word is worthless, and they fail to make things right. When I asked about a part coverage under a service contract the shop agreed should be done now. When the work was done, the shop was told by corporate Ford that the mileage was not ready yet. (92K miles - coverage happens at 100K). I discussed with the Wright Ford manager, and he said that's just the way it goes. In believable that they would decide to jack around a loyal Ford owner over a few thousand miles. Why not make things right instead of passing it along to the customer. I took my 2003 Lincoln Town car into the Ford Dealership in Redmond Or to get my Manifold intake replaced paid over $900.00 for the service I thought. Roughly 2 yrs later my manifold is leaking coolant where the spark plugs are at. I called Ford to check the warranty and low and behold the 1 spark plug and 1 boot that they changed was under warranty but the #&#! manifold that they put into my car was after market so they don't warranty that and NEVER told me that because I would not have had them do the work, why would anyone pay that amount to a so called ASE certified mechanic shop on a aftermarket part that clearly would not have been warranted. So when I called them on 10-21-2021 to see about the warranty (before I new it was a aftermarket part) to fix it this is when I learned about the after market manifold, and their response is, yeah ummm that is unfortunate that it happened but we can't do anything because it was after market. No Brand new manifold should break down just little under 2 yrs old. But they didn't care. They got the money so it ended with.. to Bad so Sad for me. I am writing this review to let anyone who thinks of bringing their vehicle to Ford in Redmond Oregon on the 97 not to. Beware because they will scam you. Money doesn't grow on f#*! Trees ( at least not in my world). I am sorry if this post is not worded right, I am so pissed. I just don't understand why mechanic companies Ford at that thinks that it is ok to screw people over. And the part that really got me was their response, when I ask them so you guys put aftermarket parts in people's cars and don't tell them.. the mechanic said well I mean it's unfortunate but I don't know what to say. They charged me for the service, but the symptoms were not resolved. Tom, the owner, told me that it was my fault, he was not willing to stand by his dealership's work, and that we should go our separate ways. read more

Great experience with John and Wright Ford.. we were on our way to go see a used Ford in Gresham, when we passed a brand new one just like the Gresham used one we were headed to. John at Wright Ford offered us a GREAT price and we would immediately have done the deal, but we had the apptmt. in Gresham and didn't want to miss that apptmt. Bought the vehicle in Gresham, but would easily have done the deal in Redmond instead of the long drive, and would have been extremely happy with that price they offered. Their price was way better than we'd been given in a local Bend Ford dealer. Hats off to John and Wright Ford for great salesmanship. Would go there again next time! read more
