We've rented bikes at almost every beach we have visited and were excited to do the same here. I…read morewould NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It looks terrible, unkept. Employee working was rude when we called on the phone as well as unhelpful. When we came to get our bikes (since no ETA could be provided on a delivery time except "sometime tomorrow I think") we stood for 40 minutes only to receive rusted and beat up bikes and a kiddie cart that was full of dirt and sand and so wore out it won't stay closed. For $302 for four bikes for three days this is unacceptable. I also asked if I could have a receipt. No. Do I need to sign anything? No. Do you need to mark our name off a list? No. Do you need to write it down so you don't deliver our bikes tomorrow since we picked them up? No. They literally did not check the online reservations or ask for our name or confirmation number. Basically they have no system other than taking your money online for shit bikes. We could have walked in and just got these without paying for them!

You have your choice of places down here to go, but I highly suggest coming here. We showed up and found out that there could be up to a 20 minute wait to proceed in line. With the staff telling us that up front, we appreciated that. There wasn't any misleading here. I really enjoyed they told us this and appreciated that. Even though you could tell the employees were uncomfortable having to keep saying it to every customer. What is unique about this is that even though you have to wait, there is a putting green in an area before the course starts. So even though you may not get to start your game as soon as you pay, you can still do a little putting. Then the course starts for you. Even though there area a ton of people, it flows. As the group ahead of you finishes a hole, you start. This happens for each hole. You are constantly moving. You ascend, you descend. You follow the footpath and arrows. The theming here is on point as well. The whole pirate theme is carried through nicely. Especially around the Jolly Roger. The water cannons simulating cannonballs being fired. The multiple waterfalls. Also keep your eyes open for some local history. Throughout the course there are informational plaques. Take a moment to read them. Also available is an arcade. Some items in the gift shop. And ice cream.
