I am very happy with the racing stripes Wraps N Motion installed on my Dodge Challenger. They look amazing and the job was done in one day! When I brought my car in to pick the colour they looked at my car and gave me advice on colour choices and on how to remove the previous film I had put on years ago which deteriorated significantly. I removed the previous stripes and then was ready for the new ones! The film colour I picked out for the stripes had to be ordered as they didn't have it in stock, so after paying a deposit, the film was ordered and it arrived in a couple days. Had a van in this shop for 2 weeks and never even received the rendering. Was given 3 separate install dates and all 3 came and went with 0 communication. Picked up the van to take it to another shop and it's filthy, has over a 1/4 tank less fuel in it and the battery was almost dead. Horrible communication and service. Don't waste your time! I called and talked to Frank (the owner) and told him I wanted to get an estimate to wrap my fleet of trucks, he told me he would call me back the next day with that estimate. I waited about 3 days with no call back, so I called them to check on it.... no answer. I called numerous times and left messages...no response back. Ever since new ownership, this place took a first class flush down the toilet. If you, by some miracle, do get ahold of someone there.... Took my 1969 mustang in for a vinyl wrap on the hood. Spoke with the owner, he took very good care of the car and did an excellent job on the vinyl. Some adjectives I would use to describe this business are QUALITY, DETAILED, PATIENT & PROFESSIONAL. These guys are GREAT!! Before finding this shop and before reviews could be found on line, I'd taken each of my cars all over the place to have my windows tinted. I'd gotten "varied" treatment & inconsistent results so I always found the need to keep trying new shops. A few years ago, I found A Shade Darker and I've never used any other tint shop since. They are definitely the 1st name that comes to mind when any of my friends ask me where they should get their windows tinted at. And then......... I was excited to have my roof wrapped on my newest vehicle. And again, they didn't disappoint! It was my first time trying wrapping over painting. I'm a pretty savvy consumer who knows how to use the google machine, so I do my research before choosing where to spend my money for the services I need. I checked on line reviews, made a top 5 list, visited each shop and I ended up back at Joey's counter where he introduced me to Frank, Ousa & Mikey from the Wraps N Motion leg of the company. Like I said before, these guys are GREAT! They are very reasonable with pricing, their workmanship is top tier, and they appreciate you as a customer. A few months ago, I went back to them to have another vehicle of mine fully wrapped for business. I set an appointment but when I brought the car, it needed some unexpected body work so they recommended some shops. I left, had the repairs done, then set another appointment with Wraps N Motion. When the appointment day came, the electrical system on the vehicle decided to stop working. Ugh!! I called and explained to the receptionist (Maddy) that unfortunately, I had to do a last minute cancel. She was nice enough to grab Frank and tell him about my dilemma. Frank got on the phone and was able to recommend a mobile mechanic to go to my house and try to get the car back on the road. Talk about customer service from genuinely nice people. My car is FINALLY ready for an appointment. Although they haven't actually wrapped this car yet, I felt it relevant to share this experience as a testament to the patience and consideration of going above and beyond when helping their customers find the (even outside) resources to reach their customization goals.
