That means the "discounted" price is exactly what I was quoted originally. In other words, the price was inflated to create the appearance of a deal. That kind of pricing tactic is misleading. It relies on manufactured urgency rather than honest, consistent pricing, and it raises questions about how transparent the business actually is once you're past the quote stage. For a simple, straightforward service, there's no reason to play games with numbers. If pricing changes, that should be explained clearly. This wasn't that. Because of this, I wouldn't do business here and wouldn't recommend it to others. Trust matters, and this approach doesn't inspire it.

Tint goes all the way to the edges with no borders. They also have experience with EVs and pay great attention to the details. After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.

It all looks amazing and all for $2000. The biggest cost was the ceramic coating, but we'll worth it as I drive from Reno to Lovelock 3 times a week. They pointed out a defect in my windshield. I thought it was just dirty. I had the car for 2 weeks before I got it all done. I should have done it right after I got the car because I already had a couple of chips in the paint. Anyways, I took the car back to Hyundai, they replaced the windshield, and Louie-the owner, put the glare strip back on free of charge. These guys have great customer service and great product! Hence, choosing between Protection Film vs Ceramic Coating and then interviewing half a dozen detailers. Thomas at Prestigious Auto Styling patiently answered ALL my questions to put my mind at ease. I was originally going to go with Ceramic Pro but Thomas convinced me that the product he uses, Gyeon, is just as superior. The product is almost as important as the prep, full wash, clay bar, iron removal, buffing, polishing and then actual ceramic coating used. I wanted a product that was durable to the hydrophobic properties of water and dirt beading up and gliding off the car. Thomas is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've been chatting with The Tint Shoppe on Instagram since last winter about another car I've been…read morewanting to get the windows tinted on but fate delivered me a new car that will be subjected to the harsh conditions of Mount Rose Highway in the winter so it got to get the full treatment first. I called the competition I had been using for years and they were not able to get me in on a timely basis. In fact they wanted to schedule me on two different days. That just didn't work for me as I'm a busy guy. The Tint Shoppe got me in quickly and in one overnight visit. I had the full front of the car wrapped in self healing paint protection film with the hood, fenders and bumper completely wrapped. They wrap the film around the edges which provides extra protection. On my previous car the film was only on the front 3/4 of the hood fenders and bumpers, but not wrapped around the edges of the hood. A rock hit right on the edge and the paint chipped. It was held in place by the film but looked bad nonetheless. The wrapped edges should provide some protection against that happening. I also had the paint protection film placed on the door sills and they also did the inside of the door handles where ones nails often scratch the paint. I had the front side windows tinted with the ceramic film to match the back windows and it looks great. I am extremely pleased with the results. Bella was also there to keep me company as I was waiting for my ride. The car that still needs the window tinting done is going to get the treatment next.
