Those things are nice, but I want results. Holly gives me great results. Not having all of the froo froo stuff, but paying less than places that do? Works for me! Hollly's experienced and very knowledgeable. My results were better here than at Ann Webb spa, if that tells you anything. They also offer a variety of other services, like injectables, cool sculpting, yag, etc. Be sure to request Holly and you won't be disappointed. One more thing, the salon can be hard to find at first. It's on the second level of the shopping plaza, next to a tattoo shop.

I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. If you're a person of color I strongly suggest that you find a technician who has a similar skin tone as they will probably be more attentive to your skin's needs and limits. See photo.

There was no proper assessment of my skin to determine the appropriate wavelength or energy settings; I was simply told a "medium" setting would be used for a first session for safety. Although I shared my past results, I was told by Fairy that IPL can't remove dark spots or freckles, which contradicts both my experience and widely available information about the treatment. After the session, I didn't experience any of the typical post-treatment reactions, such as redness, and I saw no results in the weeks that followed. Overall, this felt like a combination of outdated equipment and limited experience with delivering effective IPL results. I wouldn't recommend this spa for IPL.
