Was looking forward to getting our windows cleaned unfortunately experience was not as good as many of these other reviews. While some of the window glass and screens looked good, quite a few did not. We were told some stains on window and door would not come out they blamed on hard water yet when I used glass cleaner on those same marks they came right off. Next morning when sun came through windows it was more evident some windows had not be cleaned properly. Included photos for reference. In addition they only cleaned window and screens not frame around yet on website it says they do frames. Problem is when they hose down screens and windows dirt moves to frame leaving spots if not wiped. If you have clip on screens they wash screen in window yet says on website they remove screens. We were scheduled for chandelier cleaning but upon inspecting they could not hand clean glass so we had to put in dishwasher and they came back later to reinstall. Overall disappointing experience that left us having to reclean quite a few windows. read more

I used Wow Window Cleaning for my windows in my home. I got a call that the scheduled cleaner (for 1pm) was going to be delayed a couple of hours. That delay would not work for our household. Len, the owner, phoned me and said he would send a team of 2 cleaners to come out and they would get the job done quicker than just one cleaner. They arrived on time, removed their shoes, and completed a fantastic job on the windows! They cleaned 25 windows (inside and out), window sills and several screens in a couple of hours. They even did the paladium window above the door in the 2 story foyer! This entire job would have take me all weekend. I'm more than pleased. I will use them again and high recommend! read more

Great price for cleaning all my windows and doors inside and out. Zach arrived a little early and removed his shoes before coming in the house. He was extremely personable, neat and efficient. He did a great job. I used a coupon available on their website for a discount. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done. I will be calling them again. I do not recommend WOW based on the fact that they advertise they are fully insured but when push comes to shove, take it from me you are not as protected as you might think in my opinion. They also send inexperienced worker & do not protect client safety at job site. I called WOW for a quote to clean windows & change spot lights in 2 story family room and was given quote over the phone by owner Len Onitskey. Owner sent Ermal Lacco to job. During job, WOW's worker dropped a thick heavy glassed indoor/outdoor bulb from 18' ceiling. He said "look out", I looked up and it landed in my mouth metal side down while my head was tilted back & up. I suffered sliced lip, bruise, severe dental and cervical injury. The velocity of a falling object can do a lot of damage. WOW's insurance tried to deny my claim for 6+ years stating they had no liability based upon contract between WOW & his sub. The sub (per contract between WOW & sub) was required to have his own insurance should there be a loss, yet the subs insurance denied my claim because his policy didn't cover changing of spot lights. And WOW sent him to change spot lights! So neither insurance company wanted to cover my claim. Although eventually compensated, the above facts were extremely detrimental to the outcome & compensation received. I hired WOW, not a sub and was led to believe he was an employee when he showed up at my door with a WOW T-shirt and said he was from WOW. Lastly, it was WOW's responsibility to insure the safety of the homeowner and demand that client leave the room while work was being performed. I am not the expert and handed the bulb to the worker not realizing the danger I was in. LOOK ELSEWHERE AND ALWAYS ASK ANY CONTRACTOR IF THEY ARE USING A SUBCONTRACTOR because it can have a very detrimental affect should you be injured as in my experience and opinion. read more

I have WOW come out every few years, and they've always done quite a good job. This most recent time topped them all, though. Trevor was incredibly thorough and careful and effective, and was so professional and polite that it was lovely to have him in our home. He did a stellar job for a very reasonable price and I'm so pleased that I called them again! It's not a "must-do" kind of home service, but after seeing the difference now, I'm so glad that it's done.
