A few weeks ago I was in for eyebrow threading and ended up getting a full face wax as well. It was my first time doing so and was very nervous because I have a lot peach fuss and my hair tends to be coarse. Well let me tell you, I barely felt it! My skin feels amazing, no breakouts whatsoever and my makeup just goes on so much more smoothly. Another thing is that even after weeks have passed the hair is barely starting to grow back and it's very fine. I will definitely be going back to keep up with the service. read more

Very professional and experienced staff. I came here for the first time and received services from Sam! She is wonderful and VERY talented!!! I have a scar on my right eyebrow which has caused issues when getting my eyebrows done historically; however, Sam had no issue with managing an excellent threading job and gave me exactly what I wanted with shape and everything!! One of the best threading jobs I've ever had. read more

I had the most amazing experience .I went there with such anxiety because it was my 1st time getting a Brazilian Wax. Sita the estheticion .She takes her time & is very cautious . I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. I will also be a returning customer . read more

Seriously the best. I've never not had a great experience here. My eyebrows look clean and refined (not too thin, shaped perfectly), the shop is very clean, the price is extremely reasonable, and the ladies take such care to make their clients feel comfortable and relaxed. I mean I know threading isn't typically billed as a relaxing experience but when they massage that soothing stuff on your brows when you're done...it's just lovely. I will never not return to this business. They are wonderful. read more

Very rough service by the owner Sita Threading was done like razor was used poor service read more

Yelp didn't disappoint. Because of the positive reviews, I decided to try Wow Eyebrows and Spa. Sita did a great job with threading my eyebrows and waxing my upper lip. She was kind and the threading and waxing experience was not painful. read more

*UPDATE 6/30/17* Sita is my go-to threader now. I see her about once a month for a little over a year now and I haven't ever been disappointed. Original post - 2/23/16 - I've only been to Sita once, but I've been getting threaded for years by many different people. She is literally the best threader I've ever used. In addition to just being great she's also very affordable! read more

Called and was told to walk right in. I got there, for my first ever threading, and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Sitah (spelling) was SO nice, had such a calming presence, and did an incredible job. It was super clean and inexpensive. The fact that it barely hurt at all blows my mind. It's so awesome this is right by my house. I'll be back every month!! read more

First time here and I am so glad I found this gem. The ladies were very nice and took their time cleaning up these caterpillar eyebrows. I highly recommend this place! read more

Sita is amazing! Been getting my Brazilian from her for a year she's very gentle. I highly recommend coming to her

I discovered this place when they first opened and the rockies can't be beat! My eyebrows are so well shaped and clean when I get them done here that I don't even have to fill them in. I'm a massage therapist and refer all my clients here. The threading and waxes are quick and high quality. Sitting here right now waiting to get some henna done read more

Do not purchase from Groupon. This establishment will not honor. So why are they still taking sales and Groupon? Very disappointed.

I've been going to Sita for eyebrow threading for several months now and she does a good job every time. She is very popular because she always has a line of people waiting for her. Sita is nice and patient. I'm glad I found her via Yelp! read more

I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time and I'm very impressed! The lady did it quick and less painless than other places. I didn't get the woman's name who did mine but I had a great experience. read more

My sister recommended me to come see Sita because 1) she's real good and 2) she doesn't charge an arm and a leg like most places I've been googling. She did a really good job with my wax and I'll definitely be returning. read more

Sita was great! The location is nice, there is a receptionist at the front who is nice and gets you to her. It was very clean and relaxing. She did a great job on my eyebrows, i have naturally thick brows that i want to keep thick just clean cut and sharp and she did just that! Honestly the least painful place ive been i barely noticed she was doing it, if you go somewhere where it hurts bad you are at a bad place! She prepped my brows, threaded them, and then gave me a nice little face rub afterwards it was so relaxing! Im going back for sure! oh and she gave me her business card and on it was a get your 7th brow free!! read more

If you are going for threading, Sita does a great job. I've never had this done before and I was pleased with how low the pain was and how thorough she was. I bought a Groupon that included waxing. OMG! I have never experienced such pain. Sita uses short strokes for removal and the pain was so severe I couldn't catch my breath at one point. I ended up leaving before she could finish the full Brazilian. I bought 2 sessions, but will not return. I will go back to my regular wax spa. read more

Sita was absolutely great! She is very detail oriented when it comes to threading and waxing. She left me spotless from my brazilian which is fantastic! She also shaped my eyebrows very well. Her threading was virtually painless for this veteran threadee. Her booth is nice and clean and she is very welcoming. Sita is very sweet and I will definitely be going back to her. read more

Sita is an extremely nice and understanding person, I had scheduled about three days before today for an 11am eyebrow threading appointment but last second couldn't come until 1pm so I booked for one and emailed her to let her know I'd be coming for 1 not 11. I left at 12:20 to get there early and followed the address the reminder email sent me and it took me to a car dealer ship across from the roundrock outlets. My appointment was in 5 minutes and I couldn't find her building so I called and let her know what was up, she calmly apologized and directed me to the right adresss and even said I could come in the next 30 minutes with no problem. I get there and within 4 minutes I walked out with thick clean eyebrows (as per request that she followed very well). Will come back!!! read more

I was having issues with having my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and ending up with pimples from it. A friend suggested threading and now that I've tried it I never want to wax again. I love Sita, she is fast and professional. I had my eyebrows, upper lip and chin done the first time I went to her and, although it hurt in certain places during the procedure (ooh mama around the edge of my lip!!!), it was the most thorough and smoothest I have ever had it and I had no breakout issues or long lasting redness or swelling afterwards. She even offered me a sample of cream to help with my existing acne. I paid less than the cost of waxing and she offers many other services. I was going regularly, every ten days, but just had to leave Austin and I miss Sita!!!! read more

Sita is awesome!!! I've been seeing her for about a year now and will not go anywhere else. She is very reasonably priced, takes her time to ensure a job is well done, and even gives a mini facial massage at the end. Her salon suite is always clean and smells fresh, so it's a very pleasant experience overall. As long as I have eyebrows, I'll be seeing Sita :) read more

Sita is great. My cousin and I originally found here eyebrow threading services from Groupon, but we continue to come back because of the work she does. She is great at shaping my brows. We have also gone to her for brazilian waxes. She does a great job. She is very thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable. I would not go to anyone else. Definitely recommend her. read more

Excellent!! Fast and friendly service and she is a pro at what she does, my eyebrows always look amazing!

I had their stress relieving facial and it was great. No fuss, no marketing talk. The aesticiam Sita is very efficient, and went right to work. Very stress relieving facial, her hands were soft and tender. I felt rejuvenated. read more

Worst experience ever. I visited this spot on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 anxious to try since the reviews were so positive. The technician needs more training ASAP. She completely butchered my eyebrows and had the audacity to keep huffing and sighing when I repeatedly pointed out to her the mishaps and mistakes she kept repeating as if her incompetence was MY fault. No clean shape, no clean lines, no arch just mismatched eyebrows!! I was so furious because I was leaving to go out of town in just a few hours. Even worse, she knew how horrible her "work" was and never offered an apology or any type of fair compensation. She had a stank attitude along with her pathetic attempt to provide a milligram of decent service. The shop was empty so it wasn't that she was occupied or overly busy, she was just a complete and total waste of time and money. She didn't deserve 10 cents. I'm glad other customers had great experiences but I had trash instead of an artistic technician. read more

I saw Saru for a facial and threading. She was absolutely amazing and professional. She took her time and I loved the fact that she was so detailed. The salon was clean and both her and Sita are very friendly. I would definitely be a regular. Thank you again Saru for just a good facial. Don't miss out on these ladies!!! read more

I have gotten my bikini area waxed and my eyebrows threaded with Sita for about 2.5 years now and she never fails to do a great job. She's patient, and I'm always comfortable and confident in her work. Thanks! read more

Sita is very professional. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and she is super nice. I will forever be a customer.

I bought a Groupon for Wow Eyebrows. I kept holding on to it for a special occasion. I called on a whim on early NYE day to see if she could squeeze me. I got lucky and she did. This was poor planning on my part because I probably shouldn't have gotten my entire face threaded before my husband and I took photos for our baby announcement but oh well. I learned. Wow Eyebrows is located in one of those salon places where everyone has their own little space. I was greeted by the reception and she showed me to her space where there was seating outside the door. She was finishing up and greeted me when it was my turn. The lighting was nice and bright. The space was clean and she was very thorough. I've been keeping up with tweezers and haven't been back yet. It's been three months now and I think I need to make an appointment. She gave me her card when I left and said that I can scheduled online. Whew. That's amazing. I cant't wait to go back and get pretty again. read more

AVOID THIS SALON. I spoke with the owner on Wednesday and made a Saturday appointment, which she didn't show up for. The receptionist called to find out where she was, and she said she might be able to come in at noon. Very unprofessional. Never again. read more
