I was very hesitant since the yelp reviews were really bad, but all the trailers I saw elsewhere were horrible. If you buy from them I would highly recommend the tire warranty and checking all the locks and knobs before you leave. The door lock came off when I tried to open it before we left and checked everything. They fixed it on the spot and provided a new key, but image if we drove it home and found out... Absolute worst company who does not stand behind their trailer warranty. Bought a new trailer and from day 1 nothing but issues. A/C didn't work, wired incorrectly, drains the battery in 24hrs and then after using it, it kept eating up tires and rear axle bearings. Axle was installed crooked from the factory and they won't fix it. Says we need to contact the axle company that makes them. Their warranty is a joke, they have found a way to get out of fixing anything on a brand new $25,000+ trailer. Had to go through Coleman to get the A/C replaced and that took an act of congress. All this from the day I took delivery. Nothing but problems. I have multiple trailers and this is the absolute worst. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY! read more

Shitty customer after sale service: I purchased a $26,000 trailer from WOW Cargo Trailers about 2 1/2 years ago. I am the original owner and have all of my sales receipts and proof of ownership. Unfortunately, I lost the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin/MSO and needed help getting a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer directly in Mexico and was given the direct U.S. cell phone number for the correct person who could issue a replacement MSO. I was told all WOW needed to do was make one phone call to confirm/authorize it, and the manufacturer would issue the replacement without issue. Instead, WOW refused to help because of an apparent "six-month policy" for lost MSOs. If you lose your MSO after six months, they basically tell you that you are on your own, even when you are the original owner, have proof of purchase, and the manufacturer is ready and willing to issue a replacement with one simple phone call from WOW. The customer service has been terrible. I called numerous times over 13 days, excluding the weekend, and was repeatedly assured someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. I spoke with several different employees, and not one person mentioned this six-month policy until I finally spoke with "Michael." He told me the policy is the policy, refused to let me speak with anyone above him, and said, "That's not how it works." That is an extremely poor way to treat a customer after the sale, especially someone who spent $26,000 with your company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with WOW Cargo Trailers. Once they have your money, do not expect meaningful help if you run into a title/MSO issue later. read more

just purchased a 24ft car trailer. The roof of the trailer is a pond when it rains. I have sent pictures to the seller, and the manufacturer of the trailer and I'm told to that there is nothing they can do. The email sent back to me from the manufacturer specifically says we sell to upgrades so the trailer doesn't hold water on the roof. If I knew that I had to buy an upgrade to keep water off of my roof I would not have bought this trailer. The latches are cheap, I had to use different locks because they are not close enough together when you flip them to put a lock through the hole. It's nice to know that I purchased a $10,000 piece of garbage. read more

Called WOW, and 10min later approved for my 32' enclosed. It arrived 2 days later, delivered 1800 miles from them. That was the easy part. This was November 2025, now it's June 2026. Major structural failure of box mounting welds, and baffles, tore right off the frame at the tubing. The cargo box dropped 3/4" from the original height. Wall studs separated from the angle iron. Gone through a full set of tires, due to bent axles. That was at 1500mi from delivery. I'm at 2200mi on the road with it now. It's been out of service by 2 different DOT stops. NO VIN plate, called them. Charged me for a new vin sticker. $60. BTW that doesn't confirm to Fed standards either, for the vin id. The tire tag, has a "do not exceed 9400lbs of cargo". On a 14k GCVW means this trailer supposed to weigh around 4600# according to simple math. The VIN sticker doesn't have dry weight on it. Wrong, it weighs in at 7980#'s. How do I know? Scale violation. Scaled at 16280, with a certified load of 8300# Thanks OK DOT. The axle date codes are from 2019. And installed on a 2025? Doesn't seem right, and isnt. All the side panels are now bent due to the frame separating from the box tuning. Wiring was awful. Had to be redone, in order to function correctly. I've called over a dozen times in the past 2 weeks, to get some sort of results. Nothing more than, "we will have the right person call you back". I've contacted a lawyer already for a UCC claim. I will be getting the bank involved, since it is not road worthy, and won't make the life of the loan. Then it's GA AGs office, GSP DOT compliance office, BBB, and then court. I brought a concession trailer from here in December after the 12 hour drive home. When preparing for the health inspection we discovered that the sink was defective. When contacted about warranty it took 5 days and a callback the salesman to get them to call me back. The women in charge of the fake warranty dept gave me a number for some budget auto shield the 9 techs I spoke to said they would not do the warranty work as wow does not follow thur on payment. The truck was down almost 2 months with two separate repairs pertaining to the sink. When I called wild cargo trailers, I asked them what they landed on doing to help me rectify this. The woman was rude and said she spoke to me on February 5th, which is incorrect due to the fact that I was having problems getting up with the warranty department. I started recording all communications. Due to the fact It seems like they do this a lot from these reviews. If there's anyone else out there. That is interested in pursuing justice. Please add me as a friend as I am currently in the process of seeking litigation.And want to know if anyone else wants to join me. I want all parties wronged to be heard! Yes, we've had our trailer for almost 5 years but due to our location, we are a seasonal business that only operates 6 months out of the year! Sadly, in July 2024, there was a fire on our trailer and what we've learned during the rebuild is mind-boggling & disappointing! After dealing with insurance, we could not move forward with repairs until November 2024! In my initial review, I mentioned how the "stainless steel", behind the charbroil grill, was bowing & turning black! As it turns out, it was NOT even be stainless steel!! It was the same material used on the outside of the trailer. They simply flipped it over so that the exposed metal merely looked like stainless steel. They did NOT use fire retardant materials in the walls. They did NOT use the correct materials for the flooring hence the reason why the floor started sagging several years ago! Fire suppression system was NOT installed correctly. They used cheap, inferior, unapproved materials for the entire build! Just when I thought my anger with this company had long passed, it has returned & intensified! We now have a custom fabricator rebuilding & he has consulted with trailer experts, who work in both the cargo & RV trailer industries, helping with each varied aspect of this rebuild! Each one has confirmed that the incorrect materials were used & we were swindled! THESE GOOD OL' BOYS WILL SELL YOU A TRAILER THAT WILL NEVER MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Buyer beware, stay away from this company and do not do business with them! If you decide to do business, remember you were told and trust the reviews. They tried delivering a trailer that I had custom built and it had multiple issues found during the walk around. We would not accept the trailer and sent it back to them. The trailer had a ceiling vent that I didn't want and no side wall vents. No d rings in the floor. I ordered the ceiling braces at 16" on center and the first two ceiling centers I measured were off by a 1/2 inch and the third one was finally at 16". The rear ramp had a dent in the metal and the trailer had wires hanging out all over it. Completely full of saw dust and nobody even tried taking the time to clean it out. The wood inside had several areas where it was damaged and they tried covering it up with wood putty. Didn't have the rims on the trailer that I ordered and was shown in a picture. At this point I stopped inspecting the trailer. The trailer was very poorly built and the quality was just not there. Tried calling the company to work it out and they told me they would get together on Monday morning to figure it out since it was late Friday. I asked if one of the options was a full refund and they said yes because of the trailer issues. Monday morning came and went with no phone call back. I called them Monday afternoon and they told me that they weren't going to deal with it and issued me a full refund along with my deposit. Don't waste your time or money on their trailer. ***EXTREME CAUTION*** Don't make the mistake I did. This company didn't install food grade tables into my Food trailer. I paid $62,000 for a trailer that I had to completely redo. Once you pay them they vanish. They didn't even put a 30 gallon fresh water tank in my trailer which is what code is for my area. Instead told me it was a 25 gallon but when I had the tank replaced it was actually a 21 gallon. There are plenty of other issues with my trailer. However it's way to much to list. Had a 34' triple axel, enclosed trailer built by them. We traveled 2000 miles to get there, and 2000 miles back. Freedom Trailers is the manufacturer. By the time we got home the tire on center axle on the passenger side was completely worn out because of a bent axle. I notified them as soon as we got home and they've had 3 months to do something about it, but I just get empty promises and the run around or no call backs at all from Freedom Trailer, who WOW Trailer refurred me to for warranty. By far the worst cust service ever . If you live out of state DO NOT BUY from them . They will charge more than what was promised take your money and ignore your phone calls . I called for a week straight and could not get ahold of a manager. When the secretary answered I heard in the background the manager tell her to say he was in a meeting after she gave him my name . So i called from the time they opened till close and she kept saying they were in a meeting 2 days in a row . I never once cussed or yelled at any of their employees or managers. I just wanted answeres and to get my trailer fixed since it was dropped off damaged. To top it off when I moved my trailer in the driveway the red reflector that was only sticky taped on had falling off meaning they didn't clean the surface properly , the left led light had a broken screw on the top which has now pulled away from the trailer , the door hinge was bent like it was kicked in and also the caulking they used is not mold resistant. Poor quality over top off poor cust service as well as a F rating with the BBB , 1.4 yelp rating !!BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Please read all the comments left behind on the BBB and you'll see I'm not the only one they have done this with . They legally cannot sell in other states unless they have their dealers liscence in that state . Check with your MVDB dept and find out but in VA under they need to have a dealers liscence under ($ 46.2-1992.6. Licenses required It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business in the Commonwealth as a trailer dealer, salesperson manufacturer, factory branch, distributor, distributor branch, or factory or distributor representative, without first obtaining a license as provided in this chapter. ) legally they violated law here in VA and it has been reported to the MVDP. (motor vehicle department board) and my attorney is looking into reporting them to the consumer relations for failure to adhere to the original contract which we agreed to via txt messages and i will be askimg my lawyer bout the lemon laws since i was giving a trailer that was poorly made and they are not answeringto phone to get it repaired . Salesmen was helpful. That was about it. I had my 24 foot trailer delivered to and after checking it out it felt cheap. And a the rubber piece on the side door handle slid right off. I thought let's see how long this last. I had them put what they call Diamond plate (more like aluminum foil) on the door witch cost extra. After a week of use it not only wrinkled up it cracked on two places. The next week two panels and two pieces of wood Just fell off due to tiny staples they use. The wires on top were all exposed and not hidden. And they have a half a spring to support your extremely heavy trailer door. Tried to get a hold of them got the run around for a bit then was told to contact warranty. Maybe don't send your customers cheap garbage. Like I said the salesmen and process of acquiring this trailer was seamless, and now I know why. I paid 16,000 for my trailer. And honestly I feel it's worth half that maybe. Cheap rushed build and it showed. I refuse to make my payments on this until we figure out a solution. Stay away if you guys wanna fix this solution by giving me some money back or making me a better trailer I'll Listen. bought a trailer from Atlanta Georgia had it shipped to me in Washington thought it was a great deal in two years. My trailer has fallen apart. Screws are falling off of the panels. The panels are ripped and torn. The doors not working. I've taken it apart. I've had to fix the door screws from the inside the trailer are falling apart. It is the shittiest and shittiest I've ever had. I've called them to have them repair it they actually came and got my trailer from Arizona and took it to Georgia to fix it. I've got it back and I got worse after they fixed it. I've had nothing but problems with this trailer. Buyer beware! We tried to do business with this company and they are crooks. My husband put a down payment on a trailer that was supposed to be built for us. We drove from California to Georgia and the enclosed trailer they had for us was junk. The siding was paper thin. It had damage, hinges to doors messed up, back ramp bent like a banana. They claimed our salesman was no longer working for them. When we had just spoke to him the day before. My husband showed them all the communications he had with the salesman on what we had ordered and showed them the pictures that had been sent to us and this trailer did not match. They were pushing for us to just buy a different more expensive trailer rather than selling us what they had us believe we were coming there to buy. It was a classic bait and switch. He said I was getting a 7x16 I mean it says it in my paper work on two pages the estimates and the actual invoice. The invoice shows im paying 3010$ for a 7x16 and right under that shows trailer info: as a 7x 12 And im Like wtf the whole process happened so fast and he got some nice lady to deliver it to me. No temp tag there's actually no place to put a tag at all anywhere.. the wood they use to build these things has a tag that says for residential and farm use only.. it's small and I cannot even use it to take packaged units to NY. Mistakes happen, but I literally confronted Emmy salesman and asked him what's going on and his reply was that I knew and that he showed me pictures and not to contact him again. Again I'll find his name tomorrow and will put it here... I have drafted signed a notice to Rescind contract made wjth wow cargo. Legally I have 3 business days thank god.. If I could give zero stars I would. So.... DO NOT purchase a trailer from Wow cargo trailers in Cochran GA. Decided to purchase a trailer from them because like many I got sucked in because of their low price. Spoke with "Amy" which seemed to be a pleasant woman who told me about the trailer features and buying options. Left them a deposit over the phone on my AMEX card and was all set to pick up my trailer in a few days since I was an out of state buyer. Later on that day I started reading some of their reviews and things went downhill from there. Turns out that their trailers are very cheaply made and their customer service is horrible once they have your money. The next day I called " Amy" and stated that I did a little research and was not comfortable with making a 15 hour trip with all of these bad reviews and would like my deposit back. Pleasant Amy was no longer and attitude Amy was present. After giving me the run a round she told me that she didn't know how to refund my deposit and needed to speak with her manager, obviously incompetent. I opened up a dispute with AMEX and let them handle this matter. Wow trailers held my deposit hostage until AMEX applied enough pressure and was refunded almost a month later. Do yourself a favor and read BBB and Yelp reviews and you will save yourself alot of aggravation. Buy local or from a reputable company because this company is not one of the good guys. Ramp was bowed in the middle and not sealing, emergency door seemed to be in a bind and not opening correctly, man door had to literally be kicked open from the inside, and the wheel well had been damaged as someone ran into it. The sales manager Wynn didn't bother to contact me immediately and insisted that he spoke to me through the driver on the phone. They were also in no hurry to make it right. Absolutely uncaring people on the phone when I told them about my roof vent literally turning to plastic dust from the sun hitting it for the last 3 years. It should not do that. Get better parts people. You know your trailer is going to be in the elements so build it to withstand. Silicon sealant peeling up exposing trailer to deep water penetration. I dont like these trailers. Wont ever buy one again from them. Oh and my side door lock seized not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 times I have had to replace the side lock and 3 of those 4 were at my expense. Trash brand. read more

I'm out of state. Gave these guys a $500 deposit with full intent to buy an enclosed trailer for my SXS with a bunch of extras. Every estimate and email relative to extras had different pricing for the same features. Pricing was never upfront, consistent or objective. Car sales approach with numbers. When it was obvious that trailer they offered could not accommodate the height of my Pioneer SxS I wanted to move in another direction. They wouldn't refund my deposit or give me credit towards a miscellaneous purchase. At this point, my calls and questions were a nuisance to them. Lesson learned, don't give deposit from out of state until fully decided and committed contractually to an order and especially to this company. Hope this helps someone. read more

Purchased a Diamond Cargo enclosed trailer from WOW and with less than a month of ownership, encountered several issues including screws that wear/break from the rubbing of cam door lock assemblies. Diamond Cargo warranty says "that's normal" when contacted. Rear backup lights don't operate when vehicle placed in reverse, front office at WOW says they don't install that equipment and Diamond Cargo warranty says neither do they. Small bubbles on a tire is reported to be "from the tire being stored on a metal rack" and again, not covered by Diamond Cargo. Salesman eager to sell the trailer but then stops answering texts when problems like the rear back up lights are questioned. No email response from WOW cargo and their manager sends one text 12 days after being left both a voice message and text saying "what kind of issues are you having?" Respond back happy to talk on the phone and the list of customer service and trailer issues is extensive to text and then no return texts despite 3 additional texts. So Customer Service is a zero and I will give a one star rating for the trailer being enclosed as was purchased. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware. read more

This are the worst trailers you can buy out there. Purchased 2 car enclosed trailer 34ft. Had 1400 miles to drive back , after 800 miles lost half of the screws, after 1000 miles almost lost the entrance door, because it was not built properly it turned to a banana shape, huge gaps on top and the bottom letting water and dust in. After couple of weeks i saw a little crack on the roof , then half of the roof was gone during my trip.. I was lucky that none of my cars got damaged. Spent entire day trying to patch it up. E-tracks detached, holes in the corners, plywood detaching creating even more wholes.Warranty tells you to bring the trailer back to Georgia and it will take up to 6 weeks or them to fix the issues. read more

Purchased a trailer from Wow Cargo Trailers . The entire premise was to get a solid trailer that would run propane and a generator. But, I wanted to use the smallest generator possible.. I plugged it into a generator that is 10,000 watt. The salesman assured me that his engineer said I would only need a 6500 watt generator to power the entire trailer. That was a big selling point on this trailer. When I powered everything on the trailer to generator work truck off the circuit breaker meeting it didn't have enough power. I contacted the salesman again and the only thing he could say is the engineer assured him it would work. Then I sent him a document with calculations of how many amps everything pulled the show him in writing that it was impossible to run this trailer on a 6500 watt generator. Today the shop foreman called me and told me the engineer the one who told me 6500 now says what I will need is a 12,000 W generator.
