It happened to be on Sunday my truck was towed to your facility. We need it to get to Atlanta and could not find a rental car company that was open Abram. Absolutely appalled by the behavior of their employee, Joey. It's Christmas Day and he is eating at the ONLY restaurant open in town. I have never seen a person more rude or arrogant in my life. The waitress even had to ask him to stop giving her such a hard time and was almost in tears. He took up an entire booth for his party of 2 when there were open seats at the counter, and refused to let larger parties with children have the booth instead, then proceeded to make smart remarks to the waitress when she asked him about his choice to sit there. His smart remarks just kept coming as he placed his ridiculous order with half water half coffee etc. In my opinion, whether you're on duty or not, if you are in uniform you are representing the company you work for. I would be ASHAMED to say I employ this individual and allow him to go into public with my name on his shirt!!! Absolutely EMBARRASSING to see him behave this way! read more

They did an outstanding job towing my wife car after another company was suppose to change the tire and drop the whole car back to the ground messing up a few items on the car... Mike wells co. Showed as and told us where more damage was at that we did not see. Don't let them tow your boat and trailer. Mike tried to pull it up on flatbed with the motor end first, letting the jack drag in the driveway, gouging a rut in the driveway. When I started filming it, he got so upset he decided he did not want to tow my boat and trailer and he unloaded the boat. He let it roll uncontrolled the last 5 or 6 feet off the tow truck, with the tongue of the trailer on the ground. He forgot to put the jack back down, I guess. The wheel on the jack was completely broken off. I guess he had no idea how to load a boat and trailer. I filmed it all, which is apparently not okay with Mike Wells. read more
