The facility is huge and they have a VERY big selection of strange parts that I do not know what to do with. Overall, it was a good experience. A mishap with another trailer in the same load at the manufacturer caused the shipment to be postponed and the truck carried a delivery to another dealer instead. Hayden, my sales rep persuaded the delivery driver to go back to the factory and get a second load that same day so my trailer could come. It was 3:00 by the time it arrived but it was beautiful. Meanwhile the staff were very accommodating and gave me a T shirt and some free merchandise even though none of this was their fault. And the delivery driver for Prospector Trailers worked a 12 hour day to make it all happen. I highly recommend this dealer. Chris Harris
