Came in person for a estimate because they claim to be the best dent removers in the area. A young lady greeted me as I entered the building and offered to walk outside with me to take a look at my car. What happened next was very unusual in my experience. The girl used her fingers to 'measure' the dented area and then told me that they probably would not be able to fix it. She said that they would not even want to try because they probably wouldn't be able to get it out all the way. I have been to several body shops before and yet have never seen such a unique approach to measuring a dent. She said that if they tried to remove the dent with some or no success I would still be charged $450. Although she was sure they wouldn't be able to get it out. Confused? So was I. As a new potential customer without any point of reference or additional info. on the woman telling me all this I asked for her title, education, credentials or any professional experience. I also asked if she actually did bodywork on cars to help me feel confident that she actually knew what she was talking about. She said that she had no experience as an auto shop technician, but did say that she 'had a lot' of experience as the company's estimator. Um... ok. Needless to say this made me feel even less confident in her abilities. As a last ditch effort I asked to speak with one of their auto body technicians or shop manager to give me a more detailed consultation and estimate. I figured their opinion would be more informed and explained better so I would feel more comfortable. The woman, somehow seemingly more frustrated than I was, stated that I needed to go to a auto body shop. I'm sorry! I thought that was where I was! My bad....what a joke and a waste of time. Not sure how their other customers are treated, but I have higher standards. I will surely be taking my business elsewhere to be appreciated by real autobody professionals.  Based on my experience, I have no confidence that this company knows what its doing or even genuinely cares about its customers-only money. It's unfortunate that I couldn't give them 0 stars! They should change their name to "The Unhelpful & Unprofessional Dent Guys". It'd be much more accurate. read more

Excellent dent removals (door and side panel). These were deep dents, not dings! The detail work was great. Our car looked show room ready (2 year old auto). Very helpful, very friendly, completed work as promised in time frame promised. Updated me on repair progress. Price was a little under quote because one dent removal did not take quite as long as projected. read more

Went by to get a quote for a full repaint, etc. the guy fumbled around and was like my body guy is out, blah blah blah never gave an idea of cost. I asked about just the hail dents and maybe a wrap fumbled around got a half ass answer. Was told they'd call me to set up an appt with the body guy. Never called. Rude and unprofessional. Prejudiced and unhelpful. They make too many assumptions instead of listening to what you need. They talk too much and will not be quiet and listen to why you actually called, what insurance you're using, and who you are. I would give this place ZERO stars for disrespecting military customers and making unnecessary and untrue remarks about certain cultures of people. read more
