Currently, they are focusing on bringing in lines that are thoughtful, unique and socially responsible. Here are two of my favs: 1) ORGANIC by John Patrick- You'll see his pieces in the NY Times Style Magazine, Bazaar, and Vogue. She gave me some details about her shop and mentioned that there was another black women owned shop just a couple stores over. She even walked me down there and introduced me to her. This biz is located just down the way from Morelia's Paletas, The Cactus Club and The Brown Sugar Collab. Everyone knew I was going on an extended vacation. I bought multiple items and tried to return one dress when I return from vacation. Never worn and tags still on. They would not let me return it even for a store credit. I will never shop there again and I do not recommend anyone shop where customer service is so poor.

I think the owner was there when I visited and she greeted us warmly, offering to answer any questions we might have. I was there to look and see what was available. She carries brands like Cosabella, Hanky Panky, and Chantelle in terms of lingerie. Pricing is comparable to what I've seen in Nordstrom's, only she offers a few different styles and colors that I've not seen in department stores. I didn't purchase anything this trip, but I'd come back again if I was looking for something specific.

Surprisingly, this place in Fort Mill has become one of those places in the past few years. Of course, I have other favorite boutiques in Charlotte, but this boutique is closest to my home. For a Fort Mill boutique, it's surprisingly lofty and cosmopolitan. I love how the store is so spacious, with plenty of walking space...with mirrors everywhere, so you can almost try on things (accessories!) without having to go into the dressing room (though their dressing rooms are nice and spacious as well). Their apparel and accessories are largely bohemian...casual chic. It reminds me of Boem, one of my fave boutiques in Southpark...though Broadcloth is a tad cheaper. Overall, the many cute items in this store are very affordable...which makes it super-fun. More than anything, I LOVE the accessories here. I always find something unique that catches my eye...whether it's a hat, sandals, or jewelry. Honestly, I shop more online than anything nowadays, but if I feel the need to shop in person, I usually make my rounds here, along with their younger sister store, Page, in Baxter Village (just a mile down the road).
