Our return policy states on the receipt and in several places through the store that some lingerie items may be returned within seven days of purchase. These items will be exchanged for a store credit as long as the item does not look like it has been worn (no stains, rips, tears, etc) and the tags and panties are fully attached. We do not give cash back on any item, only store credit. This is due to our point of sales system, and also because our return rate is very low.
