The cleaners did a good job overall, but I had a few concerns with the service. They arrived about…read more30 minutes late, partly because they thought the property was vacant -- which I never stated. It makes me wonder when they would have shown up if I hadn't called to ask where they were, because if my house really had been vacant, I never would have even known they were late. On top of that, one of the cleaners sat in the car for another 30 minutes before coming inside to help. While the general clean was thorough, I was told during booking that appliances would be cleaned. In reality, only the outside surfaces were wiped down, and the washer and dryer weren't touched at all. I also reached out by phone and email before paying to clarify the scope of work, but I haven't received any response. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes it hard to feel confident about paying for services that weren't fully delivered. Overall, the clean itself was good, but the delays, miscommunication, and missed details mean I likely won't use them again.

I own a 7,000 sq ft facility and the last company I dealt with was absolutely horrendous, so to say I was scarred and scared is an understatement. My floors are SOO important to me because people are using them constantly and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. If there is ever an issue, he has been quick to respond and fix it! Also, they offer Sanitation against COVID, so now my gym gets weekly spray downs to make sure my clients can feel extra safe!
