I booked the Deep Clean package before Easter because I had family visiting and didn't want the usual holiday stress of deep cleaning myself. Scheduling was easy, and they offered both recurring and one-time options. Since my townhouse is already fairly clean overall, I mainly wanted the detailed cleaning -- wiping everything down thoroughly and getting the oven spotless. For reference, my townhouse is 2 bed / 1 bath, 786 sq ft, and the total cost was $388 including fees. They also send a welcome packet beforehand and everything is manageable through their online portal. Two cleaners plus a trainee arrived on time and spent about 3 hours cleaning. During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough. I'd probably use them again a couple times a year before holidays or hosting guests. For someone who already keeps a clean home, I'm not completely sure the deep clean was worth the full price, but overall I had a positive experience, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

We provide hands-on, detail-focused cleaning services throughout the Phoenix area for homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and businesses that expect more than a quick surface wipe-down. Whether it’s a move-in, move-out, vacant property, post-remodel cleanup, recurring home service, office cleaning, or preparing a property for sale, we take pride in catching the details that are often overlooked—baseboards, corners, edges, fixtures, high-touch surfaces, and buildup in the areas most people ignore. We understand that every property has different needs. That’s why we take the time to communicate clearly, arrive prepared, and tailor each service to the condition of the space. Our clients choose us because they want reliability, consistency, and a cleaner that treats their property with the same attention they would expect themselves. Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean.
