The lady/ladies answering my inquiry were extremely rude, dismissive and basically didn't care at all. Lady name Narine was extremely rude and directly stated that she didn't care about my concern and that I can go ahead and sue them if I wanted. When I asked for the name of the owner for the business so that I can take on her recommendation of suing them she hung up on me. Upon calling back a new lady answered the phone by the name of Anahit who adamantly refused to provide the name of the business owner. Wow, what a horrible service. I have used this business for over 20yrs and have never experienced such an awful customer service. I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. Kassandra who helped me grabbed her camera and assembled on a rectangular ring light and took me to a section of the store where she pulled down a white screen backdrop so that I could stand in front of yr for my photo. She was so great because I got to try several shots so that I could choose the photo of my choice. In less than 10 minutes with the printing, cutting, and paying I was walking out in under 10 minutes. This was all for $20 for 2x of your passport photos. Awesome experience.
